Not adjustable
Band is good and feels good but the size is not easily adjustable, although there are divots for adjustment. Wound up taking a chisel and prying up the punch so I could move it up a bit. Then used pliers to clamp the punch back down into the notch higher up. Works great and fits great now but it would have been nice if there was just a tab on the clamp that I could press to adjust it.
