Important Notes

• To increase volume on iPhone, disable “Reduce Loud Audio” in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety. On Samsung, turn off “Media Volume Limit” in Sounds & Vibration. Android users should enable Absolute Volume in Bluetooth settings or use the Volume Boost EQ mode in the Shokz App.
• EQ modes can be switched via the Shokz App or manually by holding both the Power/Volume + and Volume – buttons during playback until a beep confirms the change.
• For multipoint pairing, power off the headphones, hold Volume + until the LED flashes red and blue, then press Multifunction + Volume + to enter pairing mode. Repeat for a second device after connecting the first.
• If exposed to rain or sweat, gently shake off moisture, wipe the speaker mesh with a dry cloth, and allow to air-dry in a ventilated area before reuse.
