How to put band on
It fits my Fossil Gen 5 watch perfectly. I had to figure out how to put the band on the dial correctly but it wasn’t that difficult. Now it looks like I have on a brand new watch.

Not lilac in color – but still pretty!
I don’t know why I assumed this was more of a metallic lilac color but it’s not. It is more of a metallic rainbow of color. The picture is a tad misleading.Nice band. Love the magnetic feature. Was a little worried that it would fall off, but it holds firm.

So this watch band is really so pretty, I’ve included pictures with flash on and flash off so you can see the degrees of varying colors present.It feels very nice on the skin, smooth and doesn’t catch hair; it has a magnetic latch so you don’t have to fiddle with anything to secure it to your wrist, it will auto attach for you via magnetism.The only reason I’m docking a star is because the pins don’t come secured to the band. They come in a small blue tray and you have to attach them yourself to the parts of the band. They slide into the mechanism on the band but they do not stay in, they can slip out. This can be kinda annoying when you just want to attach the band to the watch – but the pin slides out. Once you have it attached to your watch, they do not slip out but during the process of trying to attach your band, this can get in the way and be pretty frustrating.You’ve gotta be able to slide the pin into the band part, press the bottom part that pokes out into your watch’s crevice for a band, press the pin mechanism inwards (towards you), and finagle it into place to secure the top pin’s part. Once you get the hang of it, it’s relatively easy to do but it is definitely a learning curve/hand muscle learning curve! And as mentioned, the pins love to slip out so do be careful to not lose them in your carpeting!

I do like the looks of this watch band, the gold color is attractive, the magnetic closure looks tidy. It’s a great fit for my ladies Fossil Gen 6 watch.The quick release pins are a little tricky to get attached to the watch. The first side is easy, the second side, the magnet tends to interfere and is sticking to the band. Usually, I attach the pins inside out and then flip the band right side out after hooking in. That cannot be done with this band, it isn’t stretchy at all.I like to wear my watch a little high on my arm, this band will not stay that way, it will slip down and flop around your wrist until you readjust. Another small problem, the magnet sticks to other things. I found myself stuck to my shopping cart, also my refrigerator door as I stood there looking for a snack.I have decided that I will use this band for dressy occasions rather than everyday use. It will be perfect for that because it is so pretty.
