Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?
Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit our new self-service portal.

Pretty Cool Watch to Add to a Collection
I needed another watch like I needed a hole-in-the-head. When I first saw the watch I knew I needed to purchase it. It is eye-grabbing. I will no longer buy any watch that is not solar-powered as I’m tired of changing batteries on my collection. This watch is too pretty to be submerged even though this is basically the purpose of the watch. For snorkeling I wear the inexpensive Casio Dive Watch which is a steal as $48.00….and I mean a steal. This Aqualand is a hulk….and will never be considered a puff-piece. Very happy with the purchase….

I absolutely love this watch. I’ve had Citizen Watches before and this one is my favorite. The only complaint is no instructions came with it and on the website when you put in the product number it still doesn’t give you instructions. I had to call and they sent it to me and it’s just a one-page PDF file. Other than that everything about the watch is amazing.

Fernando M el reloj esta en hibernación, eso me paso alguna vez con otro Citizen Ecodrive, lo deje como dos dÃas cargando con luz solar, no se como volvió a arrancar pero saque la corona y apreté los botones y nuevamente arranco (no se como lo hice pero intentalo)

Serves the purpose
I had to send my Breitling out for its cleaning. I was told it was going to take longer than usual . So I needed a watch. This caught my eye and it serves the purpose till my Breitling is returned.

Didn’t like charging the watch. The instruction are not in the box. I downloaded them from the Citizen website. I ended up calling tech support.The band is also short and I have a medium wrist size.What I like or love about the watch. The watch is visual stunning and time is super accurate. Also the lumi at night is awesome.
