This is an "homage" design based on the Rolex Datejust watch. It has a cheap quartz movement that is functional and accurate, but does not allow for precise time setting. The minute hand jumps around when the crown is pushed in, nd it is difficult to get that second hand exactly where you want it. The crown does not screw in, which makes the watch barely water resistent.
The roman numerals are topped with small luminescent dots, and imitation miniscule "diamonds." This actually adds to the watch's visual appeal. If those imitation jewels were larger, they would outsize the other parts of the watch face. The magnifying "cyclops" window on top of the date is placed correctly, and it is easy to read the number below it. The watch comes with a design authentic "Jubilee" – type bracelet, which is the same as a real Rolex Datejust. The watch also includes a link removal tool which is always appreciated.
The market is flooded with imitation Rolex inspired watches, and this one is visually better than many I've seen. The cheap movement detracts though, and it puts this watch at the lower end of similar timepieces. There are better built watches that cost less than this, and I suggest that the price is not competitive.
