This is a fantastic watch winder. I needed a watch winder for my wife’s automatic watches I’ve recently started buying for her. When this one came available, I felt it would be a good one. I was right. It is well made with what appear quality materials. It looks great. I love the black finish and the window that is the entire front so the watches are easy to see. The light is nice and you can have on or off. Most importantly, it is easy to set up and once you do it’s set and forget. It keeps your automatic watches wound nicely. It holds three watches which is good for either a beginner watch collector or you can rotate your collection into the winder as you wear them. The listed price is fair. I recommend this attractive watch winder.
I got this Puekdoir 3-slot watch winder as I have quite the mechanical watch collection and I'd like to have my "regular rotation" already wound with the right time and day/date already set.
It has a wooden case and plexiglass window. A black, piano finish gives it quite the classy appearance. The hinges are okay and there's a keyed lock that certainly wouldn't stop a determined thief, but is decent for the price. It's set up for one spindle that will hold three watches. The pillows are the same plastic sponges you'll find on other watch winders. The inside is finished in a fake carbon fiber material and the motor is common to many other watch winders on the market. The winder control knob is inside on the lower right and you can set is for clockwise, counter-clockwise, and two that turn both ways but with difference intervals. You should be able to find a setting to work for any automatic movement watch you have. On the lower left is the on/off switch for the blue light. The on/off switch for the winder is in the back as is the plug in for the USB-A cable with an adapter included for household AC current.
There are a couple things I don'y like. Firstly, you are going to be limited on watch case diameter since the three holders for watches are really close together. Most of my watches are 40mm so it's not a deal breaker for me but be advised if you have bigger watches or really big wrist size bracelets. Secondly, the blue light is just barely visible even in the dark and disappointed me. I have another winder that has this feature which not only looks cool but also keeps the lume charged.
On the whole, this is a good watch winder. If you have average-size watches, this will be a quiet, dependable watch winder you can put any automatic watch movement into as long as they are all the same winding direction and look good doing it!
