Chronograph Operation: Press the top button to start/pause timing; Press the bottom button to reset it to zero.
Time & Date Setting:
Pull the crown to the first position to adjust the date.Pull the crown to the second position to set the hour and minute hands.

Yes, it has all of these. There’s a date window below the dial. The hands and markers glow in the dark after soaking up light.

Yes. It is rated 30M water resistant, fine for hand washing, light rain and perspiration.
Not for showering, swimming, saunas or diving. Hot steam will damage the waterproof gasket. Never press the buttons underwate

Band total length: 24cm, adjustable to fit wrists up to 9 inches.
