    The watch is beautiful and looks high value. It is very feminine and classy. You can dress it up or wear it casually with jeans if you want. It is also very comfortable my daughter said. I bought it for her for Christmas. It was slightly too big when I gave it to her so my husband took two links out. It was very easy to adjust though. I recommend it if you’re looking for a gift that is timeless and never goes out of style.

    I took VERY good care of this watch, using it only for "dress up". After a few weeks of gentle use, the watch crystal fell out. I just happened to look at the time, and discovered the watch crystal was missing. I used the link Amazon provided to report it to the seller. The link put me through to the Coach Singapore head office. They responded that because I purchased the watch on Amazon, I should communicate with Amazon regarding the issue. There seems to be no way that I can communicate with the seller to explain that the watch they sold me (on Amazon) is no good. Very unfortunate. I loved this watch – but it doesn't work.
