    Great watch for the money
I was specifically looking for a mechanical windup watch, not an automatic. A manual wound watch averages a couple mm thinner than autos, and that was important to me. This watch at just under $30 feels like an excellent value. I’ve been wearing it daily since I got it and every time I put it on and wind it I’m happy.A few important points.First, the winding and setting feels solid. Some cheap watches have a junky feel, but this watch feels very nice. The crown pulls out smooth, setting the hands feels great and winding feels just right.Second, the build quality looks amazing. I studied it under magnification and I’m amazed at the appearance, my watch looks to be flawless from a cosmetic standpoint. How did they do it for $30?Third, this is my first mesh band and I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and the clasp works well. However if I have one issue it’s that the clasp feels like the thing that might be most likely to fail. If that happens I’ll update my review. Don’t let this point turn you away from the watch, I’m just looking for something to highlight that isn’t all positive. Finally, I’ll just state I’m not new to mechanical watches, and I own several autos, including a 30 year old Seiko 5 that’s never been serviced and works great, plus a vintage Renis automatic, Swatch Irony, Times, a Trias and a few quartz watches. I like them all, but I’m finding this T-Winner to be my new daily watch over the Seiko, I just like the way it looks and feels on the wrist and so far it’s been great from a functionality standpoint. I wind it about 20 turns in the morning and then set it, and it runs all day. Sometimes I’ll wind at night again, but usually I forget and by morning it stops. But that’s fine, I enjoy the process of winding and setting, it’s why I sought a pure windup watch. If you are looking for an inexpensive watch that frees you from having to replace batteries, this is a good place to start. I am happy to recommend this watch.

For the price? Go for it
Great little watch for the super budget segment, I’ve been wearing it for a few days and only had one issue where the band bars disconnected and tried to drop the watch. Just replaced the strap, which is garbage, with a new, nicer strap (with a buckle that doesn’t clash with the watch) and it’s been ticking away. The hand wind feels a little grody, it’s quite loud compared to my more expensive mechanical watches as well, which may be indicative of poor tolerances. Overall you get what you pay for, but in this case I believe this watch hits well above its price range, looks nice (if you’re looking for the semiformal grandpa aesthetic) and keeps time well enough for something without a hacking second. Set it when you wind it in the morning and it’ll be good enough to keep you just about within the minute until work lets out.I’ve been looking for a Winner branded watch that wasn’t gaudy or ugly for a while and this one fits the bill. I really find these cheap crappy mechanical watches fascinating and I’m glad to wear it until it breaks, which I suspect won’t be too far down the line.If you want a real mechanical on a budget muster up the cash for a Seiko 5 or an orient. If you want something that ticks and looks cool through the case back for <40 bucks (adding the purchase of a half way decent strap) buy this.

    Why I like wind ups
This little watch runs nicely. It seems to keep good time and needs little attention. A good wind up in morning seems to have it working all day and into the night. This is why I like wind ups. No batteries and no hassle. I would recommend that watch for an inexpensive but stylish watch.

Solid Watch, but Not Very Accurate
Don’t get me wrong. I really like this watch. I got it before travelling overseas because I needed a watch with no battery that just just keeps me on time. This watch does that. My only quibble is that it runs maybe 90 or 120 seconds fast every day. But for me, that’s fine. And I’m still using this as my daily watch over a month after getting back home. It’s on my wrist just about every day. Before putting the watch on in the morning, I simply wind it and set it to the same time as my phone, and it’s good for the rest of the day. My needs are modest and this watch is a good match for that. Plus, and I really love this, I’ll never have to change the battery. (This is how just about all wristwatches worked 60 years ago.)I’d recommend this watch to someone who needs kind of an old-school watch at a very decent price. I’ve done the smartwatch thing, and find this watch refreshing by comparison. (Which is weird, because I’m very into technology in pretty much every other aspect of my life.)

It was fine ’til it wasn’t
It’s not an expensive watch. It didn’t keep perfect time. But, if you pay attention, it’s an OK watch.UNTIL…..The knob just fell off. Don’t know when. Don’t know where. And now? The watch has STOPPED completely and is only good for decoration.

No llevo ni un año con él y ya se le rompió la correa, se atrasa casi media hora por día y la cuerda le dura cada vez menos.
