Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?

Super, beautiful watch. Design is perfect. Band is thick stainless and high end design as well. Just the buckle clasp is a little cheap. The only reason why I give this classy, grand, and NEVER RUNNING OUT OF TIME piece 4 stars, is because I regret it doesn’t have a scratch free sapphire glass. I know it would be a little more expensive, but really worth the while, since Citizen is honestly putting their best effort in producing these beautiful, quality watches! But I purchased this piece mainly for the ECO drive system, that never stops, and never needs battery replacement, and its gorgeous design.

In person, this watch is impressive. Finely finished, shows and wears amazing. Itâs the basics in regards to a dress watch. The Eco-drive is excellent as usual. The weight of the watch feels nice and it has really nice wrist presence. IMO, this watch bats in the higher ranges, the colour of the face is amazing.There is no lume, just to be clear. This watch was love at first sight. Buy and wear what you love.

It’s a little bigger and heavier than the average men’s watch. Looks great and keeps time perfectly. The day is English & French. The list price is 325.00, but it goes on sale quite often. The local jeweler sized it for $5.00; don’t advise going to a jeweler in a large mall unless you like spending money!
