Great Watch but charging can be an issue
I got one from Amazon and returned it because it wouldn’ charge. I bought a second locally and love it. Definitely a 5 start product but there is a problem. The charging cable won’t work with all USB 5v1A chargers. When the watch is charging a small white lighning bolt lights on the watch face followed by a ring of greeen light and the percent charged in the center. My watch won’t charge with a UL listed charger that with other cables always charges phones, hearing aids and bluetooth keyboards with never any problems. With this charger no light goes on and it does not charge. I am presently using another !A charger that so far works fine with the charging cable. I believe there is a manufacturing defect in the USB end of the charging cable. I hope Samsung will take a look at this and correct the problem. The watch itself is outstanding. It keeps track of footsteps and time of exercise and provides a plot of heartrate vs time during exercise. It also keeps track of daily heart rate and gives max and min values hourly. You can make your own exercises so I use a rowing machine and since it didn’t have that I made my own exercise for that. The calories may not be right but the exercise duration is properly recorded. You can customize your watch faces and there are quite a few available. You can add weather including temp and wind speed to the watch face as well as steps, heartrate and percent charged. You can set goals for steps, exercise duration and calories. In my case the watch uses about 50% of the charge daily so I shut the watch off at night and recharge it every night. In addition to the watch face illuminating with a wrist flick there is also an always on stting you can activate.
With care you could probably get two days out of a charge as long as you didn’t want to track your sleep which it can also do.

Very easy to set up.
Charged up pretty quickly. Easy to pick other faces, and organizing app preferences. The band is very snug. So if you have a large wrist, you might have to purchase bands that are bigger. I will be testing it tonight for the sleep measurements. I am liking this sampsung FE. I had sampsung 2 smart watch previously. I like how it measures your body type as well. The watch measured my sleep times accurately. It does it automatically. Great watch and I can use different watch bands I already had from previous watch. It needs to charge for a couple hours daily which is fine by me. I did read somewhere that when you use the waterproof option that it can only be underwater for like thirty minutes at a time. But i’m gonna check that again.

Great watch
I had one of the very first Samsung Galaxy watches that I have used for nearly 6 years. It was time to upgrade, my husband purchased this watch for me and let me tell you that I will panic if I canât find it (not to bad though as my phone can find the watch). There are so many features and upgrades compared to my old watch, love that I can take phone calls through my watch and can change the watch faces to some pretty cool faces. I love that it monitors my sleep and can send me notifications to take my daily meds. It is cute and extremely functional. The only complaint I have is what others have been saying that the battery live is small and will need daily charging. For me though that is not a big issue, as it charges very quickly.

Great watch. Short battery life.
My first samsung watch just died after 4 years so it was time for a new one. I love this wat h and it works well. The battery life is much shorter than the original.

Looks and works great.
This watch does everything one would want in a smart watch.
Not complicated to manage.
I wish the battery could last longer, but I knew that when I made the purchase.
Love the watch!

Worst. Fitness. Watch. Ever.
The watch app and the health app are separate. Eventually I found a face that would let me customize the information it shows, but the heart rate doesn’t seem accurate in real-time. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower.
As of this morning, the heart rate variability measurement seems to be missing, which is the final straw for me to get rid of it.
Power saving mode is turned on and I can’t figure out how to turn that off, but I’m power saving mode I still have to charge it every day. Power saving mode prevents many functions from working. In particular, the watch won’t show anything without pushing a button. Can’t just look at my wrist to see the time.
The heart rate is too small to see on most of the faces without putting my glasses on. Wanna know my heart rate? Sure, let’s stop the workout, find my glasses, and push the button, then flip to the screen that ACTUALLY measures my heart rate, and wait for the reading, which is usually about 20 bpm more than what it says if I just look at the main screen.
I never thought I’d hate another fitness watch more than I hated my Fitbit, but I got to pay three times as much for a watch that’s even less functional.

Poor Battery life reduces accurate Health monitoring.
I am really disappointed with this Samsung product. I buy a lot of Samsung products and I have most always been satisfied with my purchases. This watch has awesome features and is comfortable to wear. Tracking data seems to be accurate at lease compared to my previous wearable health tracker. Unfortunately, the battery life makes the watch worthless. In order to keep it working it has to be charged for at least 2 hours every day and that time takes away from the overall monitoring reliability. Surely Samsung knows that this is not acceptable because they put better batteries in some of the other more expensive watches. For $200 I would expect the battery to last for at least 48 to 72 hours, not for one lousy day. I really wanted to make this device work for me but after giving it a lot of thought on how I could make it work for me, I cannot, and I am sending it back. I Really want a reliable Health tracker with all the features of the Galaxy watch, but I WILL NOT pay the prices that they are asking for Trackers with a longer lasting battery, since that really seems to be the only functional difference between this watch and the higher priced Samsung Wearables. The Samsung Health Apps don’t thrill me much either. This device is not recommended.
