Introducing: J.N. Shapiro’s First Complication, A Monopusher Chronograph

Take a look at our newest merchandise

Whereas Shapiro has expanded in recent times to “Made in America” watchmaking, this watch returns to the roots of what first caught collectors’ consideration, specifically dial craft. The dial has a central space in blackened zirconium with “progressive basketweave.” Shapiro defined that they began with a basketweave that includes three bars, then progressed to 4 bars, then six, and eventually to eight. Should you look intently, you may see how that weave grows in fineness. The 30-minute counter subdial options the model’s signature “Infinity” weave (and the infinity image made its strategy to the crown pusher as properly). The time-telling facets are rendered in rose gold, and the chronograph facets are in silver.
