Nice bargain watchband. Looks great.
First off, the band itself looks just as nice as the picture. It comes in a sort of generic white cardboard box. (But who cares? This isn’t a gift item.) It’s a bargain band, so it doesn’t have fine adjustments at the buckle like a more expensive one would, but the links are small enough that it’s totally fine: they are barely bigger than the gaps between the holes on a fabric or leather band, so it should not be hard to get the fit you want. (Though if you’re like me, and you like it a bit bigger in Summer than Winter, you’re going to need to put in and remove a link, rather than just slip it up or down a few holes, like with the fancier ones.)It fit PERFECTLY into the Apple ™ watch clone I have (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVVQLPBT). My understanding is that it, the Apple and Galaxy, and many other “full size” smartwatches all use the same size band.As a nice touch, it comes with the kind of pins (that fasten it to the watch) that have a tiny lever on the side, so you don’t need a tool to attach it to the watch; the existing band on the watch was the same type, so it took me well under a minute to swap them. Adjusting the band side is pretty easy, too, since it comes with a tool to push out the pins you need to remove to take out links. The instructions say it comes with a wide(r) “thimble” to finish pushing the pin back in after removing links, but I could not find anything like that; I think I actually got a different tool that does not come with it. But it was easy to use a small hammer to give the pin a couple of whacks to get it the rest of the way in.It feels nice on my wrist; it has a little heft to it that makes me think it’s really steel, and it is very slightly magnetic, which makes me think it’s really stainless.TL/DR: Overall, I really like it, and I expect I’ll still be glad I got it (and it will still be in the same condition) years from now.
