Worked Great on a Datejust 41
Nothing more to say other then the kit worked great for my Rolex Datejust 41. There are several options, the last size worked for me great. They seem to work with other models also, but I haven’t tested them yet!

Rolex back remover
This tool came in nice box and nice foam holder and worked as described removed the rolex backs and installed back nicely. The price was very reasonable, I would recommend to anyone looking to replace there batteries on there watches that have these backs and want to keep there worth!

Be warned, made to wear out
So the metal is made to be a little softer than the steel on your watch case. This is so that when something gives, it’s the opener, not the watch case back. You need to have the case secured well in place and use the right die. I have a 40″ Yacht Master style case that matches the 29.5mm die. Fits and works perfectly. The die is showing a little wear after just a few uses. Worth it, because my watch case is unblemished. The die should line up kind of like a bolt and screw- there’s only one perfect fit, otherwise it feels wrong.

Fits 39mm case-size watches
The largest socket in this set perfectly fits my Rolex 39mm Oyster Perpetual and 39 mm Explorer 1, as well as my 39mm Tudor Black Bay 58. As others have mentioned, it takes some pressure to initially turn the caseback and you’ll ideally want to have some kind of clamp or vise to hold the watch in place (I bought a cheap one from Amazon at the same time I bought this set). But it’s not unduly difficult at all.

The teeth of the opener is not sturdy and sharp enough to open my watch back case
Unfortunately, I just can not open the back case of my rolex style watch. The device’s teeth isn’t strong enough, not sharp nor sturdy enough to get the strong bites to open the case. I had a high expectation, but it didn’t work for me.

Gerade mehrfach an verschiedenen Rolex-Gehäusen ausprobiert.Klappt perfekt. Da man das ja (hoffentlich) nicht täglich macht, dafür sicher gut geeignet.Ãffnen, Fotos von Werk und Innenseite Deckel machen, und wieder sorgsam schlieÃen.Tipp: Der Schraubverschluss hat allerhand Windungen zur Sicherung der Wasserdichtigkeit.Dennoch benötigt man diesen Ãffner nur für den ersten Schritt – minimaler âKnackâ/Ãberwindung.Danach sollte man sofort sanft mit den Fingern weitermachen bzw. -drehen.Und später ebenso feinfühlig zurück und mit dem Tool mit leichtem Druck wieder akkurat sichern.Ich finde das Ding gut und zumindest für den möglichst seltenen Sondereinsatz empfehlenswert.
