Inspired by 50s American Pilot Watches
We consulted with USAF pilot Bud Anderson on the design that was based on the A-17 Mil Spec (the successor to the WW2 A-11 Spec) and revamped the hands & cleaned the dial to the legibility that was required back then.

We’ve equipped with 21st century upgrades by using 316L Stainless Steel for the case & a Sapphire-coated K1 Crystal to ensure both scratch and shatter resistance all over.

Attractive watch
The watch is very nice looking; however, the band is too long with insufficient options for adjusting it – at least as far as I can see.

COLORS OF THE NUMERALS ARE DARKER
The numeral colors are brown- not like the photos which are brighter. Other than that, it’s a nice watch. Also it came with a NATO watch band which is not my favorite, but that’s a personal thing and easily changeable.

died twice in year one – two failed attempts to contact customer service – worthless warranty
Died after 5 months – tried to contact customer service twice – no reply.Took it to a jeweler who replaced the battery.Died again after 5 months.What good is a two warranty when customer service doesn’t answer.Shameful, playing off the veteran.

Beautiful watch, but sensitive
This watch is beautiful! I bought it for my friend and it is simple but classy. The only complaint is that it dropped a short distance and landed on a rug and the minute hand went crazy. It is loose and just floating around. We sent it in because it does have warranty, but still unfortunate since shipping was like $40.
