Misleading!!!!
What good is a nice looking watch when the battery is depleted and canât use it. I researched watches for a very long time on Amazon to make sure I made a smart decision, especially going the renewed route. And by Amazonâs guideline and renew at good perfect or excellent regardless you are promised to be given a watch with at least with an 80% or more capacity on the battery life yet the battery was at 76%. On the day it arrived. This is very sad and I feel cheated and a waste of my time. Iâve already. Recycled my old watch now Iâm stuck with this refurbished one with the same battery life capacity my old one had that I recycled. For the price of this watch, you would think the seller would have all their ducks in a row and be honest about the product for the amount of money theyâre getting. I think I am more than eligible to be given either a discount or payment towards a watch battery replacement from Apple or given an identical replacement watch with 80% battery as originally stated. No exceptions.. I paid my money in good faith it was with the correct currency and of the correct amount wanted for this watch with no defects and I expected the same from the seller. Unless the seller responds to me with a resolution, I do not recommend that you buy anything or any watch from the seller or be prepared to be done the same way. If seller reaches out to me with a resolution, I will update this review with the results happily..

Cannot hold a charge
This is my first Apple Watch. I cannot believe I have to charge it daily or it runs out of battery. This is very inconvenient. My 20 dollar watch had to be charged weekly. Iâm not sure if there is a replacement battery, but for the money I paid I should not have to charge it daily

I got this Apple Watch for my dad who is 83 years old. I wanted it for the fall protection he does not understand how to use it so I sent it back and I still have not received my refund and itâs been two months would not recommend buying from them at all Working with Amazon to try to fix this still have not received my refund

Came scratched up and locked.
First of all, how can it be sold when it is locked? I canât add it to my plan. Secondly, the condition said âexcellent,â which is like new, but the case was all scratched up. Donât buy these defective, locked watches.

Perfect condition
Watch arrived a day early. I could not tell it was refurbished. Not a mark on it. It included a black aftermarket watch band rather than the listed cypress green apple band. Once they were notified they shipped me an apple branded cypress green band new in box.
