This is a stylish and durable divers rubber watch strap from a well-know manufacturer. The strap arrived in the usual, very eco-friendly, simple Zuludiver card tube – and my first impressions were very positive. The strap material is a specially-enhanced nitrile rubber which provides good durability while being easy to handle and very comfortable to wear. My divers watch has had straps from several manufacturers fitted over the years but this ‘Aqua Tropic’ rubber strap is the most comfortable and neatly-fitting strap I can recall. The clasp is a nice stainless steel buckle which sits flat on the wrist and allows the watch to be worn snugly, without any worries of snagging the watch. Obviously, a short trial of this strap cannot give a proper indication as to its long-term durability but HNBR rubber straps do have a good reputation for long-term, reliable wear whether in the sea or in other adverse conditions. This is a smart, replacement HNBR rubber strap which comes with a good pedigree. It fits comfortably and is constructed from quality materials and is easy to recommend in its price range.

This is a premium watch strap. I was able to order it through Amazon Vine but would not pay the list price of £48 for any rubber watch strap. Whilst it looks good and feels robust, having examined it carefully I cannot see anything special about it and cannot understand how it justifies this price.

I got this strap as a replacement for an old diving watch that has been in my drawer for ages, it’s now been renewed and I have the pleasure of wearing it again. It’s nice quality, robust and flexible in perfect measure and looks great.
