First issued by Britain’s Ministry of Defense, and even worn by the likes of 007 himself, nylon military watch straps were designed to be tough, lightweight, and failsafe. Our own Classic Military Style Nylon Strap is no different.
For us, honoring this legacy was a no-brainer. Our military straps are simple, classic, and confident, but never too fancy, or over the top. We love the look so much that it’s easy to forget these bands were originally built to hold up in the field.
Soldier Strength
This strap is carefully crafted with premium waterproof nylon, reinforced with heavy duty stitching, and finished with a durable stainless steel mil-spec buckle that won’t chip or tarnish.
And yet for all of its durability, this strap remains surprisingly lightweight and breathable. And hey, if it takes a beating in the elements, no problem – just toss it in the washer.
A Piece of History 
Y-Strap Secured
This “side strap” is a failsafe backup that secures the watch from behind, preventing it from sliding off the strap while putting it on your wrist.
Mil-Spec Buckle
Keeping to tradition, the military specification, or “mil-spec,” buckle doesn’t have a spring bar, eliminating one more possible point of failure.
A Nod to Tradition
The original G-10 military strap came standard in 20mm, Admiralty Grey. We offer a lot more variety, so switch it up as often as you want.

Choose the Right Size
These straps come in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm. These sizes refer to the lug width, or the space between your watch’s lugs – the small points on either side of the face, where the end of the strap attaches. Be sure to carefully measure your watch’s lug width before ordering.
Tuck Away Any Excess Length
Per its general-issue origins, the classic nylon strap comes in one length. You will likely have a bit of slack after tightening the strap to a comfortable fit, and that’s ok! The remaining fabric tucks away neatly and, dare we say, fashionably.

A Solid and Classy Watch Strap
I got this strap to spruce up an old watch of mine, and it’s held up well for a few months and looks good. Installation is easy as is expected for a NATO strap. The band is nice and long, perhaps almost too long for my dainty wrists, but there’s plenty of space to fold the excess over. Generally one of the better watch straps I’ve purchased. It’s also very comfortable. I’d happily buy another similar strap if I want to change up my style.

Nice Strap
I bought this to dress up my Casio Duro. Looks great! Quality materials and feels good. The only reason I knocked a star off is because it’s just a tiny bit shorter than I would have liked. I have a small wrist, but when I doubled the end back through the keepers, it didn’t reach the second keeper. It’s just a nit pick for me. My wrist is just over 7 inches. Other than that nit pick, it’s a great strap, especially for the price.

So what youâre seeing in the pics are before and after. I never was a fan of the bracelet style bands on a watch. The nato strap looks so much better. Super comfortable on my wrist. Makes the watch lighter as well. The band with on the watch is 21.7mm. So I was told to get 22mm which fit perfect. I definitely recommend if youâre thinking about buying one. The price is great compared to my other natos.

I have the Black and Gray Bond strap and it’s my go-to NATO strap to wear for my Casio Duro/Marlin (black variant) watch, it pairs really well with the watch. I have to say that the “Mil-Spec” buckle is a major plus for me, knowing that the buckle is solid steel and has no spring bars brings me a peace-of-mind that I don’t get from my BluShark straps (even though I do like those as well).Recently I acquired the Vintage Bond variant of this strap and really like this one as well, it’s the same reliable quality as the Black/Gray one I have. Now I have the option to alternate between straps at my leisure.I really hope Archer produces a “No Time To Die” variant of this strap, that’s the only other Bond variant that seems to be missing. Otherwise this is a great line-up of straps they have for this family of straps they offer 🙂

The Best
Definitely one of my favorite straps. Been OK my mini turtle all summer, from sandy beaches and salt water to wading through mud and dirt up mountains, it has held up well. Still looks good, feels good. Colors still look like new.Would recommend. Cheap enough even if it does fade/tear I would happily purchase another

Decent Strap, But Could Be More Comfortable
This Archer Nylon Watch Strap has a classic military look and is quite long, which allows you to tuck it back neatly. However, the nylon material feels low quality and isnât as comfortable as I hoped. For the price, Iâd rate it 3 starsâdecent but could be improved in comfort and quality.

I recently changed my watch strap from a titanium one to a NATO strap (not via Amazon). The new strap was high quality seat belt-like and comfortable. The strap had a different coloured stripe which I liked. Unfortunately the stripe was pressed on as opposed to woven so the finish began to pill where my wrist made contact with anything. This was very annoying.Before purchasing that strap I had considered purchasing an Archer one…but buying a more expensive = a better strap right? Not in this case !So, I went back to Archer and selected a black and grey BOND style. Here the stripes are actually woven in to the material, so pilling should not be a problem! Fitting this strap is super easy…done in a minute or so once the old strap is removed…and voila…a new watch! The strap is very comfortable, appears to be well made and definitely does the job. The nylon isn’t ultra-smooth but it does feel good on the wrist. The fittings appear to be good quality and the strap is easy to fit to the wrist using the buckle and the side fittings to tidy up any spare strap.My wrist measures 7 & 3/4 inches and the strap fits easily with the excess held out of the way. I have worn it since arrival and can report that, in addition to being comfortable, my wrist hasn’t been sweating…something that metal/titanium straps make me do. As such I haven’t been taking my watch off during the day, which is something I always used to do and which kinda negates the reason for wearing one !PLEASE NOTE – make sure that your watch is fitted with heavy duty pins to avoid them bending or breaking through daily use. I purchased some through Amazon. You will also require a removal tool in order to take off your old strap and to refit the pins to your watch before fitting your strap ( again, Amazon to the rescue ).So, if you want a well made, reasonably priced and comfortable strap that enhances the appearance of your watch you know what you need to do. I highly recommend this purchase…you won’t regret it ! Indeed you may want to buy a couple so you can switch things about whenever you want to!
