Very well built product, operate quietly, excellent customer service
TLDR: Great product, I would totally buy it again when I need another.Product:I chose this one because it came with 1 year warranty while the others usually don’t offer warranty more than 30 days. I have the product for just about a week, and it has been working wonderfully. It is gorgeous and very well built. The white stitch on the cover adds beauty to the winder. The interior and pillow are soft and protect the watch from possible scratch. There’s no noise whatsoever during operation. It operates in a cycle as described: rotate clockwise 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes, rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes and repeat.When I was comparing watch winders, the clearance was my primary concern as it could damage the watch during rotating due to insufficient clearance. This watch winder provides plenty of clearance between the front cover and the closest point of the watch to the cover. To give an idea, my watch is relatively thick (~12 mm), and the space between the front cover and the *closest point* of the watch to the front cover is about 8-10 mm (depending on the circumference of the pillow), which is plenty. The top cover to the watch has even more clearance (~13-15 mm)The overall dimensions are a little different from what described in the picture. Just a few millimeters off and it doesn’t impact anything unless you’re trying to squeeze the box into a tight space. The actual dimensions that I measured are Width (left to right) 12.2 cm x Depth (front to back) 12.9 cm x Height (bottom to top) 15.8 cm. The picture describes Width x Depth x Height at 13x12x16 cm. I think the width and depth are swapped in the picture.Seller/Customer service:I had to contact for some minor cosmetic defect. The seller is very responsive (respond within 24 hours). They immediately shipped me a new one. It arrived very quickly within 3 days. I’m very happy with the seller.

Price for the look not the quality.
Okay, so I just recently got my first watch and I want to be able to keep it nice for a long time keeping the movement in motion etc while being able to show case my watch elegantly. Out of all of them, this made sense of the look and the price. It works as intended and so far I love it! Nothing to complain about yet.

Donât waste your money
Stopped working after about 6 months of use. Motor kept getting louder to the point that it woke me up from my sleep.Tried to contact amazon for seller information so I can claim warranty. I was provided this number 9920599206 but it does not work.

Iâve been using this watch winder for a few days and so far itâs great! I have been using the battery option because thereâs not a convenient outlet near where I want to store this, and it seems to work perfectly. The watch was âdeadâ when I put it on and after maybe 30 minutes it was ticking again so itâs not the fastest way to get an automatic watch running but it definitely works.The materials seem decent and it functions exactly as Iâd expect.It would have been a nice touch if the motor always stopped at exactly the same spot, so when it wasnât active your watch would always be facing upright. But thatâs not a big deal and itâs something I can look past due to the price.Iâll update this if anything goes bad or if the batteries die really quickly but so far itâs been awesome.UPDATE: the batteries lasted about 2 weeks, which is a bit disappointing. If you want to put this somewhere without access to an outlet, get some rechargeable AA batteries so you can swap them out. Also thereâs no battery indicator so it just dies and I didnât realize until I noticed my watch wasnât ticking. Fortunately I just needed a short extension cable to get to an outlet and for the price I still think all this is pretty forgivable.

Fantastic winder

Get to know your selfwind motorised watch case
I discovered the selfwind idea requires the user to still wind the watch before putting it into the motrized turn case. If I put my watch into it at night without winding the inner coil first , in the morning the time is off. If I selfwind the watch first , then put it into the the turn case, the time is accurate in the morning. I have to do both, because of how long the watch remains stagnant overnight. During the day when i am active, as long as I put the watch on in the morning with the correct time , it remains correct throughout the day. if I want this watch without having to change an unexpected dead battery when i travel , I’ll put up with it , especially because i get so many compliments when I wear this watch.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Musste für das beiliegende Netzteil ein US-Netzadapter kaufen. Gerät lief ein paarmal gut, jetzt ohne Funktion… Auch nicht in Batteriebetrieb. Würde es gerne wider zurück geben…
