Dress up your old watch with a proper replacement bracelet
My Seiko Samurai was looking a bit worn and downmarket with its scratched bezel and tired rubber strap. I replaced the aluminum bezel with a ceramic one, and the old strap with the StrapHabit BOR bracelet. Now the old Samurai is looking new and decidedly upmarket, and spends the most time on my wrist. Weight and look.
Looks great. Comfortable. Pros: the band (beads of rice) moves well with my arm looks well made. Cons: itâs heavy, no taper on the band, push pins instead of screw pins and the secure part on the clasp is very stiff and difficult to open if you donât have fingernails. Probably will loosen in time, but something to know.

Comfortable, classy, well made bracelet
I’ve wanted to try a beads of rice bracelet, and this one caught my eye. I am very pleased. It wasn’t hard to size (if you have any proper tools, of course). The beads stay attached to the links when you remove a link. Installing was very easy. It’s very comfortable to wear. Good finish on the metal, and no frozen links.The clasp took a bit of getting used to. I’m accustomed to clips or buttons, but this has a clip that folds over the end, and it has buttons. But you get used to it, and it’s very secure. It also has microadjustment, which is a great feature. It appears to be a combination of stamped parts (such as the foldover clasp) and machined parts.I’ve been wearing it for a couple of weeks now, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is one heck of a nice bracelet for $45. If you think you’d like it, try it – I bet you’ll be glad you did. I sure am!Update from months later; I still reach for this watch because of the bracelet. The bracelet still looks new, and has gotten even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great watch band
Very well built, heavy solid stainless steel. Solid links. Easy to size as needed. It is not a thin band, it has weight and links look on the thicker side. Maybe not so adequate for smaller or thin watches⦠otherwise it is a great option.

21mm Black bracelet
I stumbled onto this because my particular Luminox watch needs a 21mm band, which is a less common size and I wanted something more than the rubber strap it came with. This far exceeds my expectations in terms of quality. There is a review here that mentioned sizing. For those that didn’t consider this, any bracelet you buy will need sizing regardless of where it comes from. Also, someone mentioned there were no arrows indicating the direction the pins are driven out to size the band. Well, there are. The last link on either side of the clasp has an arrow indicating the direction. I am really pleased with this purchase and would recommend both the band as well as the seller, StrapHabbit. It was very well protected for shipping.

I have an early1980’s Saiko Sports 100 dive watch. For a number of years I have been searching for a new bracelet, without success. Bands were either too light duty, did not fit or just looked cheap. This one meets all my requirements. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The pictures do not show how good the bracelet looks! I’m not the usual fan of gold jewelry but this is the only exception I was willing to make. It took me a long time to find something that spoke to me, and this really does. The bracelet is of superb quality, in fact it’s quite heavy, the yellow is not off and gives the watch a OEM look. I’ve worn it everyday since I got it (about a week since this review) and no issues with the clasp or color, and it does not even pull the hair off my wrist.
