Swiss Inspired with Accurate Japanese Automatic Movement
If you are shopping, the images of this beautiful watch on Amazon are perfectly representative. What you see is what you get. Firstly, I must tell you that I own many mechanical and automatic watches. I do not buy luxury brands due to overinflated prices. Yet, all of my mechanicals are special to me.This reasonably priced Berny has already jumped to the top of my favorites list. The case is heavyweight stainless steel. The soft contoured strap has silicon comfort. [Warning: I had a hefty watch case like this in the past. I dropped it on the hard bathroom floor when I was rushing to get out to work. The crystal shattered and could not be replaced.]This Berny checks all of the boxes. Easily readable dial and the luminescence is the best I have ever experienced. You can see what time it is even in a dimly lit room with subdued light. The screw down crowns ensure diving safety. This Japanese Miyota movement is by far the most accurate I own. You can hack the second hand to see how well it performs versus the atomic time. I wore this during daytime hours for 7 days and I never needed to adjust the minute hand.During my first week of wearing the watch, it never needed to be wound. The power reserve of the mainspring is large due the fact that the auto winding is extremely efficient. See that winding weight fly around under the glass case back. I love the layout of the dial. It is cool that the bevel is under the crystal.Sorry for rambling, I am going to stop here. If you are shopping, I hope this helped.

Just WOW!
Ordered this on a whim….just a different look from my usual dive watches. Arrived today and jusy wow! Very comfortable on the wrist. The strap is nice as well. The dial is amazing and the lume….well….just stunning. I generally like a 44mm case and this is 42mm, but it is a very nice watch. It is everything that it is listed as and a nice piece of work. I am still amazed by the lume, very nice.

I didn’t like the strap! The keepers on the strap kept coming off and cause the strap to dangle.
I like the style and the lume is great. I put a shark bracelet on the watch and it is comfortable to wear now. The strap I didn’t like! The keepers on the strap kept moving and slipping out and band would dangle. Rubber Band was frustrating to deal with, so changed the strap out to a bracelet.

And if you caught the sarcasm in the headline, you caught the oxymoronic adjective “affordable” nicely placed in the narrative. But finally, I dont have to be that way because Berny watches have about 4 models that will light up yo life and stay lit for almost an hour solid. Now it isnt Tritium tubes quality lume, but im telling you, 5 seconds under a U.V. light pushing at least 395nm spectrum and this watch will signal overhead aircraft after sundown. I really have become attatched to this brand line. Real sapphire on top and on back that allows the owner to view the inner workings of this nice edc gear. Get a cheap winder to keep it honest when you goto bed or change time zones. Have fun!!

Beware Poor Quality
Bought two months ago and it already broke. Berny is a Chinese manufacturer and the watches do not come with a warranty. Tried contacting the company to no avail. The orange lamination does not last and the hour and minute hands are hard to read at night. The dial pin broke so the diving dial does not rotate. Suggest spend more to get a better watch.

This is a BIG Chonky Boy
This watch is either going to be 5 stars or 1 star depending on how you deal with the size. It wears much larger than it’s size on paper, and it’s very very heavy. The size impression is due to the sides of the watch being a vertical slab with no curves or undercuts to add visual interest. It’s… A choice, and some might like it.Technically the watch is great, with a decent movement, really nice lum, and sapphire crystal. The internal rotating bezel is one of my favorite watch gimmicks, and is a fun fidgety thing. At the end of the day, while i really wanted it to work, the unexpected weight made this a no go for me, ymmv.

L’orologio è come mi aspettavo. Bello il colore (verde) ed il cinturino in silicone dello stesso colore ne accentua la bellezza (penso che il cinturino in acciaio non c’entri nulla) . Preciso (in 10 gg. ha perso 1 minuto ) e la possibilità di caricarlo anche manualmente è una gran comodità .Buona la luminosità notturna ma purtroppo la lancetta dei minuti diventa invisibile per quella colorazione arancione. Il cinturino è morbido e si adatta bene al polso . Forse è un po’ troppo lungo e i 2 passanti nei movimenti quotidiani tendono a spostarsi verso avanti facendo fuoriuscire il cinturino.Nonostante questi due difetti citati sono pienamente soddisfatto dell’orologio e per essere un “Cinese” è ottimo di qualità e di prezzo

Elle est encore plus impressionnante en vraie.Le vert est magnifique.Lâaiguille des secondes est trop belle .Jâavais un peu dâappréhension avec lâépaisseur du boîtier mais au poignet câest très bien .Câest ma première montre avec un cadran en plastique et câest agréable à regarder.Vraiment je recommande ce produit .
