A fine watch. Looks good, has many features and is accurate.
I love this watch, with a minor reservation about the strap. In addition to the Time, Dates and Day it has a power reserve dial that tells you how many hours it will run without further winding. It has the Hacking feature, so when you pull the crown out all the way the second hand stops, as well as the hour and minute hands. This allows you to set the precise time, to the second. This watch is very beautiful.I prefer an automatic movement to any other type movement. It is almost like having the impossible – a perpetual motion machine. No Battery, no winding – YES! I also love the sense I have of its of mechanicalness. You can take it off and watch it working through the clear back. I also prefer analog watches, as they visually represent what part of the hour remains and what part is gone. Also, I think in terms of “quarter off 4” rather then “3:45â and like seeing how much of the current minute is left, without checking the seconds. My only reservation is with respect to the very nice leather watch band that has a “click closeâ so that once it is set i works bit like a metal watch band. It was difficult for me to figure out and I got directions on the internet. I am use to it now, but do not see any real advantage to it, compared the the standard watch strap.Highly recommended!

Whats not to like!
For the price point, you would be hard pressed to find a better watch. At first the band can be a bit tricky to navigate, but you should be able to overcome this within a few minutes, if not, Amazon as a great deal of watch bands that will not only fit this watch, but will accent this time piece just as well as the original. As for the function of the watch, it’s a Bulova. I prefer automatics, and I have more than a few at this price point, this one is a combination of the best of those automatic’s, a perfect mesh of form and function. If you are thinking about owning one of these, stop thinking and buy it. The 40 hour power reserve is a great feature, as is the 24 hour time indicator and a very readable day indicator, what’s not to like.

Great example of fine engineering and art
This is a great watch overall. Looks great, works great, I’m completely happy with the purchase.Pros:- High quality materials- Works perfectly (I have been wearing for over a week, and didn’t notice it lag behind any other clock)- It’s hard to find fully mechanical watches that have day of the week and “charge” meter, but this one does and they work greatCons:- It’s a little annoying to put it on, especially if you like a tight fit- There isn’t a half-hole adjustment for the strap size- It feels pricey at its MRSP, so I wouldn’t buy it if it wasn’t with a good discount.

Black must be the new blue!
Although the face is a bit busy, this is a lovely watch. My only other concern is that instead of being blue as shown in the picture, the face is most definitely black, not even a dark Navy Blue. It is every bit as lovely as the blue face pictured above, but in black.I’m keeping it just the same, but if you are in the market for a blue faced watch you should perhaps look elsewhere. I hope this SNAFU is not an ill omen of quality control.April 14,2021This watch is lovely, comfortable and accurate. I wear it at least 4 time a week.

Elegant Automatic Dress Watch
Every gentleman should own a dress watch. An analog piece that slides under the cuff of a dress shirt, that is subtle in appearance, and classic in function. This Bulova is a great example.I chose this Bulova because it checks off several items in my must have list.1. Large enough dial for my large wrist2. Roman Numeral hour indices3. Power Reserve Meter4. Elegant designIn addition to these four must-haves, this Bulova has several bonuses I love:1. Date2. Day indicator dial3. 24 hour dialI love this watch. If I wear a suit for a business meeting, I have this watch in my wrist. When I sat down with my family for Thanksgiving dinner, this watch accompanied me. Itâs beautiful, and functional. The stainless steel and grey dial are complimented my the rose gold accents and hands. While pleasing to look at, in some light it can be difficult to read. The rose gold is shiny in the wrong kind of way. About 50% of the time I canât tell what time it is by simply glancing at my watch. I have to adjust the angle. That being said, itâs not a big deal. I chose this watch for the colors, and I am willing to have that trade off.The only other downside to this watch is the lume, or rather lack there of. The hands do have a small amount of lume on them, but it is very faint, and fades quickly. Most dress watches I have seen also have poor lume, but so wish they would be the exception to the rule. While I tend to gravitate towards more rugged options, sometimes lifeâs adventures take bring your into formal situations, where that dive or field watch would be inappropriate. For those times, I have chosen this Bulova accompany me. Itâs classy, elegant, and one could even say…timeless.

Great looking hardware
Does what it is supposed to, its a watch! Keeps time great, it is mechanical wind/or movement. Good eye catcher; is dual clasp – not a draw back just makes it harder to strap on then normal, so if im running late i might not grab it and grab the ole armitron

Very nice!
Very nice watch. Darker than the well-lit pictures. Looks black until under bright light. Face is a little busy, but that’s expected with this many complications. Fact is that this is just about the only automatic watch Bulova makes that is worth buying. Half of them don’t hack, and almost all others are 3 hertz (21,600 mph) with this being the only 4 hertz offering I can find. 3 isn’t a deal-breaker, but you often pay for more than you get. The once criticism I have for this watch is that the case back should’ve been steel instead of crystal, since the movement isn’t decorated.

Articolo arrivato con un giorno di anticipo.Orologio bellissimo e davvero elegante.Grande cura nei dettagli.Un po macchinoso il setup del cinturino ma in pochi minuti è al polso comodamente allacciato.Cinturino in pelle molto sicuro e comodo.
