Eink and oled display
Con, Eink display, unlike OLED, is slow. Less smart tech and less customization compared to touchscreen smartwatches with Google os, yes you can arrange sensor output as you like, but it will only display data numerically.Pro. Long lasting battery, 18 days total in one charge. The watch has the best dial finish, I feel that the finish is some what scratch resistant as well. The leather is really thick, and with quality finish as well. The sensors are inside a glass like cover, makes it very comfortable to wear.Altogether, this is a classic citizen watch, a quality watch with just enough smart technology to keep you updated and less distracted.

Watches doesn’t show correct time
Bought a half of a year ago.Positive:- long live timeNegative:- couple times in a day disconnecting from phone- activity doesn’t sharing with apple health- periodically watches started to show wrong time: wrong hours and minutes. Even after synchronization. Without any notifications. After couple of hours everything ok…- poor customization- useless applications (ex. timer cannot be set to a half of a minute)- awful support – they doesn’t think that wrong time on watches is a warranty case.

An excellent watch – analog + smart watch for $135
Having used an Apple Watch for over 3 years, when it came time to replace it, I found this watch and it’s perfect. Afforable, stylish and works for receiving alerts, BPM, O2 measurements and steps. Seems a little generous with number of steps compare to Apple watch, but still a good meaure of activity. Plus I have gone over 2 weeks between charges regularly.

Pros:Looks great.The size is really good and it is not too thick.Battery life is amazing. I got it on Dec 20, charged it, and today is Jan 7 and I still have 29% battery.Great heartbeat and oxygen level trackers.Cons:Integration with Apple is not good. The app has many features that never load. I am using an IPhone 15. Most of the faces available for iOS cannot be customized.The YouQ app never finds the device.Notifications donât always work.If you close the app on the phone the watch looses most of its smart functions.In summary it looks great. Add a few perks over a regular watch, but it is far from being a good smartwatch. I still prefer it over the Apple Watch because of the battery life and the looks.

Great compromise between a classic watch and a smartwatch
I am not a fan of smartwatches that need constant charging (looking at you Apple), and the hybrid design with a classic watch face adds a touch of class and nostalgia. The battery on this watch lasts me more two weeks, which fits my needs and lifestyle. The complications are a solid set of functionality and links with my phone and the modern world of overwhelming information. The fitness features are solid and fictional, but don’t compare to top end offerings. Disappointing
I purchased this because I liked my Fossil version of this watch but it failed twice from bad quality, so I abandoned it. I loved my other Citizen watch so trusted the brand. BUT who would have thought the required app is geofenced and is not available in my country (why!!!). So the watch is useless, and I need to spend money returning it. No warning when buying and shipping to New Zealand was available. Citizen – why would you restrict me from downloading your app, and cut off much of the world? Note Citizen help desk is useless telling me to essentially move country! I tried VPN but you need one of the selected Apple stores so VPN or physically travelling would not help.

Leave your fingers off that product. As soon as you want to install the app Citizen Connect, message is coming that the app is not available in the country.Knowing this by Amazon and of course by the seller, who knows in which country the watch will be sent it is unbelievable that there is not mentioned anything about it.Tried all the tricks, VPN installation, APK installation. Nothing is working.Has to go back, very big disappointment.

Pro: Easy to use and customise, the controls are intuitive and easy to adjust to.Con: App needed sideloading because it wasn’t available outside US/CA/UK, terrible decision on Citizen’s part.Overall, I would not recommend this watch to a non-tech person, as they will most likely struggle with setting it up. I love using it for myself, and it is everything I was looking for in a hybrid smartwatch. The real let down for this to shine was Citizen’s lack of support outside the above countries.
