Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?
Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit our new self-service portal.

Simply Beautiful
Just a beautiful, high quality watch. Itâs definitely the favorite in my collection. The smaller than average links also make sizing it easier than some others.

I was skeptical on buying a product like this off Amazon. Very glad I did. This watch is absolutely gorgeous, classy and all around perfect. The links can be changed out to fit to size. The clarity is phenomenal. There is not any flaw on this watch and my husband is over the moon with this piece.

Watch from another time?
Cons: Not the same color as shown, more like a light grey instead of a deep black (see pic). My other eco-drive watches came in fancy round boxes with a manual and a plastic cover on the screen, this came in a flimsy rectangular box with no screen cover and no manual but I was able to look it up online to get it setup easily enough. It’s quite a thick watch, at first glance it’s the thickness of a smart watch with an “all day” battery. This combined with steel construction means it has a nice weight to it.Pros: it has a nice weight to it, it does seem to be very pretty, and after setting it up I was quickly able to use it all throughout the day.This time piece has the feeling of a watch from a mechanical era instead of a digital one .. and I like that the most.

I really love this watch. It looks great (not as dark as the picture that was advertised). The quality is superb as Iâve come to expect from Citizen since my first watch of theirs about 20 years ago.

Looks great , fits perfectly after I adjusted the links, it can be a little tedious to set youâll see , it could use an extra crown for that ! But I do love it and itâs a great addition to my collection

It’s pretty cool, a little steampunk with the dials and the copper accents. Moon phase is easy to set.

This watch was previously owned as the back had clearly been removed. Citizen logo always faces north south with a new watch. This was east west. Also the date would change at 4am not midnight as it should. I have owned many eco drives purchased at the jewlers but thought this was a great deal. Sadly I now know why. Returned for refund.
