If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.

Great watch
I recently bought the Citizen CB5921-59X, and itâs by far my favorite of the three Citizen watches Iâve owned. The green dial catches the light just right, giving it a subtle, appealing shine. The stainless steel case and bracelet have a solid weight to them, making the watch feel very well-made.A big selling point for me was the price. For a radio-controlled watch, itâs much more affordable than many other options out there. I was able to manually sync the time to a satellite right out of the box, even inside my house. Then, on my first night wearing it to bed, the watch automatically synced in the middle of the night with no issues at all.The Eco-Drive technology is another great featureâno need to change batteries, which is really convenient. The sapphire dial window is durable, scratch-resistant, and has a slight convex design that adds a nice touch to the overall look. The watch keeps accurate time, and itâs also water-resistant, so I donât have to take it off for everyday activities.Overall, this is a fantastic watch. Itâs stylish, reliable, low-maintenance, and a great price for a radio-controlled model. I definitely recommend it.

The most accurate watch I own.
I love the domed sapphire crystal and the dial is very easy to read with its large numerals and indices. Lume is actually good and is at least as bright as and is the same lume color as my Steinhart. I love the brushed stainless steel of this watch, as highly polished stainless steel scratches very easily. The perpetual calendar function works perfectly once you set everything and you never to set the time/calendar on this watch after it’s fully set up. Without the radio control function, this watch is advertised as accurate to +/- 15 seconds/month or about +/- 1 second/day. In my experience, this is accurate. Add in radio control and it’s accurate to +/- 1 second/year! This is a wonderful watch, but beware, if you’re new to Citizen watches, it’ll take about 30 minutes or so while watching a tutorial to set up this watch the first time. After that, it’s set it and forget it. The Eco-Drive (light-powered quartz movement) works well and I’ve never seen the power reserve indicator show below the highes (7-10 months left) indicator. This watch basically runs with no input from you after initial setup and will do so until the year 2100. I very highly recommend this watch.

Beautiful timepiece
I own 4 citizen eco drives and this is my favorite. The radio controlled feature is a very cool technology that gives super accurate time. The watch feels solid too and the clasp makes for a good design. The sapphire crystal is scratch resistant and that alone adds plenty to the watchâs appeal.

Great Watch
I just got a new job with a big raise and wanted to celebrate by getting a nice watch. Iâm a total watch noob, but after doing a little research and figuring out what I like, this is the one I picked. I really love it. Iâve already bought a few other watches for my new collection, but this is my everyday watch now and I think I could be happy with it being my only watch from here on out.Itâs a little complicated if you donât have much experience with chronograph watches, but nothing I couldnât figure out. I had to take it to get adjusted to fit my wrist. I wish it had more micro adjustments because one link out is slightly too big, but two links out was way too small.A very pretty watch and it gets attention. I would definitely buy it again.

My Favorite Watch
I own several citizen watches and all are high quality, so I’m not the least bit surprised that this one is as well. Watch is very well built. The sapphire crystal is great. I wear it nearly every day and despite my not being very gentle with it, after six months the crystal doesn’t have a single mark on it. The stainless steel strap is high quality. I can’t attest to the difficulty of removing links because I have pretty large wrists and it fit me perfectly right out of the box. This is a fairly big and heavy watch so it might not be the best choice if you have smaller wrists but it fits me perfectly. Many people are saying the setup is very difficult and a few have even returned it for that reason but I disagree with them. Download the manual and spend a few minutes reading the instructions and it isn’t bad at all. The best part is that once it is set you won’t have to mess with it again. This watch is accurate to the second every single day. Radio control works great and it sets itself every morning at 2am. It accounts for leap year, DST and the number of days in the month. Literally set it and forget it. The lume is excellent. It has enough light to continue glowing all night. Just make sure it gets some light every once in awhile to keep the lume and battery charged. Highly recommeded!!

Mother of my watches
I’m in Love with this watch..its the jewel of my humble collection.. because it radio syncs nightly, I know that i can depend on it to have the correct time (to the second) and i use it to set all of y other watches. It is a bit on the large size .. I have a 7″ wrist and i would say that is about the smallest wrist size it would possibly fit on?? who knows im still trying to figure out what “appropriate” watch sizes are. Maybe it doesn’t matter.. Regardless.. It feels very high quality.. the sapphire domed crystal is beautiful and super clear, it sort of magnifies the watch face at and angle which i love.. Super legible . People have sited that this is a Comlex watch but if you spend 15 min looking over the manual its really not,.. Im so happy with this purchase and like i said.. this watch rules. my others
