How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.

Nice luxurious looking gold watch
I love my new Citizen eco-drive stainless gold band watch. I had an older model Citizen eco-drive watch, which I gave to my son, so decided to get this newer model. I love the gold band. It made it look and feel luxurious on my wrist. I love the glowing time marker and hands, that make it easy to read the time at night time. I don’t have to fumble around to look for my phone to check the time anymore. It was fairly easy to adjust the date and time. It had some automatic adjustments. The first night, it did change the time to 1 hour ahead, but after I changed it, it has remained consistent. We’ll see how the daylight savings will affect this watch. The band was too loose, so I had to remove 1 connecting band from each side of the latch, which was very easy to do. It did not come with any tools, but I was able to use a paper clip to push out the pin on the band and remove one and then reinsert the pin. I almost lost the tiny bearing rod. Without it, the pins will be loose. I almost panicked after I put the pins back in and it felt loose. Once I put that tiny rod in, the pins clicked and the band is stable. That pin is tiny, about the size of this “I”, so if you are removing the pins to adjust the bands, I would recommend doing it in a clear area, where you can see any thing drop. Luckily, I did it on my yoga mat, so I saw the pin rod after I stood up. 🙂 Overall, I love this watch and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like you’re wearing a gold watch. I’ve had this for almost a week already and love every minute of it.

Awesome Maintenance Free Watch
Awesome Watch that keeps accurate time and dates all by itself. No battery needed. It is literally a no maintenance needed watch. Looks great too.

The watch for busy professionals
With perpetual calendar, and forget having to set ting the Day of the Month (OM) after a 31 day month. The first one I bought lasted over seven years of rough all weather motorcycles riding and other abuse,The sapphire crystal maintains it looking like new. It will last much longer if you don’t abuse it. My olds Citizen still runs perfect u after minor repairs.It only lost it”s waterproof status. So I bought the new verso of the same watch, and prefer to wear this for every day wear over the Rad and the Se Seiko,these looses the DOM after a month with less than 31 days.

Watch is beautiful
The watch is a perfect blend of an everyday watch and dress. However, my husband didn’t like the band. The metal piece sticks out slightly in the middle causing irritation. I ordered a different band and he loves it. No more replacing batteries!

The watch is stunning. It is my seventh citizen Eco-Drive watch and so far it is my best. The watch came to me virtually set up. I had to set the radio control location to Denver Colorado USA to match my location in Calgary Alberta Canada and turn the daylight saving indicator to off. Then I had to remove two of the bracelet tangs so that the watch would fit my wrist. Then I removed all the stick on plastic protecting the watch and strap. I downloaded the operation manual from Amazon support and checked the settings for the perpetual calendar. Everything was properly preset, but it was all very easy to achieve. The watch band now fits my large wrist and does not pinch. It is perfect now. The set up was child’s play, but then this is my seventh Citizen watch and setting it up was a simple repeat of my past Citizen watch’s. They are all fairly similar in set up..

other reviews referred to the watch band not fitting properly and some indicating it pinched. when adjusted correctly this wasn’t a problem but I would the post which holds the clasp on the watch band can come off when you remove the watch. Not the best design it should not come apart that easily. I replaced the band and am very happy with the watch. “Bonus no need to adjust for DST it does it automatically”

Great watch and eco works amazing. My only complaint is it’s hard to see this is very blinggy in light from the pictures. All three chronograph dials have this shimmer and it’s a little much for MY taste.
