Automatic. Smaller face than the eco drive.
Canât say that I dislike anything. The Citizen automatic is a solid watch. Heavy but not too heavy, looks great and keeps the time. Purchased the yellow one as it was almost $200 less than either of the other two colors. The yellow is pretty cool and different. Well worth the buy as long the internal mechanisms last. Externally it is solid. Had to remove some of the links for a perfect fit. Cost me $12.

Excellent dive watch
Very accurate and great power reserve. I love this watch. Best part of this besides it’s great looks, attention to detail and accuracy is the ratcheting band! Makes wearing with a wet suit, a breeze! I wish all “dive” watches came with this band. I would put this in the tool watch category. It just so happens to be a looker as well!

Absolutely love this timepiece, only issue I had a few days ago it needed adjusted after being in my closet a few days. I love the shade of yellow on the dial, the band is quality made and so far other than the aforementioned instance above, battery life is good. Fits great and I love the clasp. Update** After a few weeks Iâve had to reset the time. It wasnât just a few mins either, several hrs. So for this price Iâm adjusting the rating and returning it.

Perfect diver on a budget
This watch is very underrated. I love how versatile it is. I got the orange dial and it came on a rubber strap, but I also strap in on an orange camouflage, tropic rubber band, as well as on the NATO picture.I understand accuracy is hit-and-miss, but mine has been pretty accurate. It is after all a relatively cheap watch.I am looking to source the bracelet for it also, if anyone knows a good place to get one, I would love to hear it.

I have had alot of watches from Rolex to Timex. The Rolex still is most reliable. Have many citizens. Trouble and failure on all my eco drives .going to try automatic again. Band fell apart first day. Watch runs good but no band. $350 disappointmentNot very pretty either. My 2 cents

Amazon Prime is price gouging with this watch.
This is a $250 watch, Amazon Prime is over charging by over $80. Whatâs up with that, itâs a great watch for $250, there are much better choices for $330.

I could write a lengthy review about this watch but this guy â@Bravebeatersâ does a splendid one of this particular model and colour on YouTube. Definitely worth watching. Most photos on the web do not properly and accurately capture the colour and texture of the dial. His video does. The best I can do is describe it as more of a smoked gold reminiscent of a vintage 50âs Les Paul tobacco burst guitar or of a 70âs gold painted Chevrolet Camaro. The flat crystal is rounded instead of beveled and this gives way to an optical distortion of the dial typical to vintage watches sporting a full domed window. The watch is definitely 70âs inspired. Iâve posted a photo of it beside two other popular citizen dive watches for comparison. This watch has a day/date combo on a white background that is much easier to see and IMO more useful than just a date. So far it stacks up rather well in the time keeping department against the unbeatable quartz driven eco drive model (runs about a minute fast per week like the Fugu automatic I own). I rather like the ratcheting diver style bracelet but will warn others that the inner side of the clasp will not be comfortable if the bracelet isnât properly sized. I find all the Promaster series of Citizen watches to be tastefully designed, reasonably priced and well put together – Form and function are A1, and this model is no exception. In sum, retro styling and great looks, this is the watch that garners the most compliments of the three I own. Itâs fabulous! Just a side note, pricing appears to fluctuate a lot here on Amazon. I picked this model up for $370 only to witness a price drop to $340 six days later. Amazon offers no 14 day price drop refunds like a lot of stores do in my area. Rather you must return and reorder. Weird.

The yellow dial is to die for! Just gorgeous! The rest of the watch is very high quality, as you’d expect from Citizen, with a reliable automatic movement that to me – elevates this watch to a timepiece as opposed to “just” a watch. I love it!

I pretty sure this watch is used because the packaging was very bad and it had also scratch the watch, the watch quality is ok for the money but I thought Iâm gonna get it in a better shape. I would like to get a refund for this watch.

You can’t get any better from any other big brand for the money- 200m Diver’s watch- Milled Clasp- On-the-fly bracelet adjustment- Solid end links- FIVE YEARS WarrantyThe only con is that it’s not a sapphire crystal, otherwise this watch would be a 10 out of 10And I got it for only $265 cad on Black Friday 2024. Incredible deal!
