How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?

Nice Digital/Quartz Watch
This is a nice watch with lots of features. The watch is very accurate over time. The digital displays allow you to view the time all over the world at a touch of a button. The watch also has a countdown timer, chronograph, two alarms, etc. It took me a few minutes to learn how to set the timer from a you tube video but it is not too difficult a process. I did not get a manual with the watch. Highly recommended.

Citizen pro master sailhawk
This watch is very accurate and is comfortable to wear not as heavy as some of my other watches. Would recommend this watch for all of your everyday needs and is very sharp looking. Not hard at all to set up the master reset works well when first getting watch to start on. After that very easy to do.

Es reloj es fascinante, es un reloj que no es el tÃpico que se hace manualmente, se debe buscar la región y el mismo po e la hora, igual que otras ciudades, no es un reloj fácil pero a los amantes de los relojes como yo, nos encanta la cantidad de detalles que tiene, a pesar que no creo usar para carreras los cronometros es un plus al reloj. La correa se adapta a la muñeca aunque no es la más cómoda pero se ve bien porque es para deportes, para mojarse, igual me la pongo porque siempre me gustó este reloj, no lo voy a usar a diario porque debo rotar mis relojes sobre todo el seiko solar que debo ponérmelo varias veces a la semana. Yo le pondrÃa en la parte digital un poco más de luz porque se dificulta un poco verlo.

Citizen a traditionally good brand, however…
Online, this watch looked great. I was always looking for a sporty “orange color watch”. Before I received the delivery on the watch, I measured an approximate “44.0 mm” reading on my mm calipers tool at my desk. It seemed that the case size might be o.k. on my wrist-although lately I’ve been partial to purchasing larger 48.0mm-52.0mm watch case sizes. Ultimately, I was disappointed when I received the watch, as the 44.0 mm case size of the watch was very small in size and also for the chronographic functions on the watch. I liked the color of the watch and band, but it was very small. I really wished Citizen would have considered making this watch in a larger mm case size. Everything in color, design and aesthetics were there-just the size was so disappointing. I had to return the watch as I thought I’d never really wear it. Lastly, I think-traditionally, most of the Citizen men’s watch models seem to be a little smaller than most other current brands-as most of the Citizen watch sizes tend to range somewhere between 35-45 mm on average. Maybe someone that wouldn’t mind this size watch on their wrist would be o.k. with it, just not me.

Good Looking Watch – Arduous Set Up
This is a really good looking watch packed with a nice feature set, hence, the busy face.Set up is arduous requiring time and patience. You can’t just turn the crown to set the time. It takes a series of somewhat inconvenient steps to set up all the features of the watch before you can finally get the hands of the watch to “automatically” dial into the right place. The LCD screens are near impossible to read practically.Overall though the watch looks good on the wrist and I have received compliments.Bottom line:Attractiveness = great (4)Set up = abysmal (1) unless you are skilled with this type of configurationFeature set = robust for the price (4)Subjective overall rating = (3)

I’m partial to Eco Drives and own several. This is the first I’ve bought on Amazon and the first sport one. Like most Eco Drives it takes an engineering degree to set the time and date, but I love it.

Love the watch! Great size, nice strap, feels like a quality watch on the wrist. Blue color is stunning, buckle feels solid, case is well built with some nice brushed finish and l donât need to worry about changing the battery.. donât have any cons about this watch, it is my first citizen and l am fully satisfied.
