If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you’re on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the “features” section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch’s caseback.

A Top-Noth Everyday Watch
I like a watch that has a clean look. Time, day, and date are all that I use on a regular basis, so I really don’t need a compass, altimeter, or a display of the moon phases. I have a compass and an altimeter, and I can see the moon at night. And I have a separate stopwatch. What I want for everyday use is a good-looking watch that’s easy to read, keeps good time, and can stand up to regular wear and tear. This watch meets or exceeds my desires. It’s quite attractive, gives me what I want clearly, and keeps excellent time. As to specific aspects:Size – As a few reviewers have noted, it’s fairly large, but not obnoxiously so. I don’t have a large wrist, and it fits me just fine.Band – Some have complained that the band they got wasn’t 22mm, but mine is, and I find it to be of good quality and attractive. I did get a second band for some variety, but this one is quite good.Day and date – White letters and numbers against a black background require a closer look, but makes the watch face more consistent in color. It’s a price I’m willing to pay; I usually know whether it’s Tuesday or Wednesday, and don’t need the date all that often.Construction and durability – It’s made with high-end materials, so I expect that it will hold up over time, without a lot of scratches etc. So far, it still looks brand new. I haven’t worn it while doing engine repair, but for everyday use it hasn’t disappointed.Overall, it’s not a dress watch, but it is a watch that I’ll happily wear anywhere else.

Very reliable time piece
This is a very good everyday watch. It keeps very accurate time. The date window is too small for my eyes but it does not bother me.The band is very easy to resize to fit my wrist snugly. The sapphire face is very good at resisting scratches. I have had this watch over one year and subjected to a lot of abrasive conditions and the face held up well.The band is light but it gets scratched easily but it can be buffed out if needed. Overall just a beautiful, well priced wrist watch thatâs very accurate and reliable.

Great watch with one flaw
Watch is typical Citizen Eco-drive. Good looking, lightweight titanium, all good stuff.However, the lack of micro adjustments is apalling. I moved it to the tightest setting but it is still loose on my wrist. But moving it back and taking a link out makes it too tight. Clasp should have been longer with more micro adjustments. No excuse for this.Also, I have a 8″ wrist and took no links out. If you are a fat boy, this watch will not fit without buying more links.

Awesome
Much better than I expected. It’s very light weight, well made, for me it’s perfect. The day/date is a little hard to see but it’s not a big deal to me. It has a nice subdued gray color that’s perfect. Very happy with it.

Very happy, but there are a couple of things to be aware of:
Very happy with this watch, but be aware of a couple of things:1) This watch is huge. It *almost* beyond the limit of what I would wear. I have a small wrist, and it definitely dominates my wrist.The positive side is the watch is extremely comfortable to wear. I had to remove almost all the adjustment links, but it does indeed sit correctly and stay in place on my wrist.2) The “luminosity” of the watch face is not that bright. I wear the watch 24/7, and whatever glow the watch face has has usually faded to minimum a couple hours after lights out.The positive is the watch face is very legible and as long as there is some light in the room, you can generally make out the time clear enough.I require the following in a watch: 1) Accuracy, 2) Legibility, 3) Comfort, and 4) Ease-of-Use/low maintenance. This watch does very well in this checklist.Finally, the watch build quality feels very solid and absolutely first class.

Day and date hard to read
I like the Citizen Eco-drive for the fact itâs an affordable timepiece that displays accurate time, and doesnât need a battery. My only issue with this one is the day and date are rather difficult to read. I donât know why they made it with white letters and numbers against a black background instead of vice versa which would have made the day/date easier to read. Other than that, I like the watch

Eco-Drive Is Great!
Citizen makes beautiful watches, powered by light, that last for years and years. We have four Citizen watches in our family and the oldest is over 40 and keeps perfect time. This is the Garrison model with a green bezel, sapphire crystal and genuine leather watch band. It was easy to set, but I needed a magnifying glass in addition to my glasses to set the day and date! Thereâs lots of room for improvement on the size of those letters and numbers, but this is a gorgeous piece no matter what. Plain, simple, yet elegant.
