Classic look at an affordable price.
I have purchased several DeBeer straps and have been pleased with them – especially for the money. This poil tanned leather band is no exception.I needed a 19mm band for a vintage 70s Bulova automatic and this fit the bill perfectly. The leather is top quality padded, black leather with contrasting white stitching. The oil tanned leather has a different look – more of a satin finish if you will. It came with two buckles (silver and gold-tone), spring bar pins, a handy tool and has a nubuck lining for comfort.The band is sturdier and a little thicker than most in this price range and has the look and feel of a band costing considerably more. I’ve worn it enough to say it is as comfortable as any with a relatively short break-in period. Good looks, good materials and good price.

Pleasantly pleased!
After reading several reviews, I decided to order this band. Good reviews and a great price. I was a bit hesitant about the white stitches as I thought they would stand out too much. I prefer more of a subdued look. Now that I have the band, my concerns about the stitches are gone. Great lookin, well built band. I was surprised it came with the spring pins. I almost ordered a set, but glad I didn’t. I have a Citizen Ecodrive with a white face and gold trim. The ad said you could specify the buckle color in an email with the order. The one pictured was silver and I wanted gold. I put that in the email portion of the Amazon order process and hoped they would get it right. They did and it looks great on my watch. I have a smaller wrist and this fit great. Might be a bit small on a really large wrist, but I usually have the opposite problem with watches and bands looking too big. Seems to be very well built, I guess time will tell, but I think it will last a good long time.

Nice band!
I really like the thickness of the band, as well as the color and stitching. It makes my $95 dollar Seiko look much more expensive! What I don’t like is how the band tapers to a narrower width as it gets towards the ends. But, for the price, I really like this band.

Fantastic aftermarket band
I bought this band as a replacement for the stock bracelet on my Seiko SKX007; and I have to say I am very impressed by the quality. Especially at such a low price, considering other Breitling-style bands from other reputable companies were running over $70!When the package arrived, the band was in generic packaging, but that really didn’t matter. The color was exactly as described and the finish/stitching is, quite frankly, gorgeous. DeBeer really hit the nail on the head here on aesthetics and feel.I have about a 7-inch wrist, and it fits nicely and stays comfortable all day. After four weeks of daily use it has held up perfectly! I can’t tell it has been used unless I take it off and see how the leather has conformed to my wrist shape. Definitely will buy from this brand again!

Quality Leather
Really impressed with this oil tanned style. I bought the 20mm black color to go with a Hamilton and it’s much better quality than the factory strap that came with it. Has a classic oil-gloss shine and the leather is nice and thick, which I prefer over thin leather bands that eventually wear and break. I’ve been wearing it for a few months now and it’s been holding up very well. Still looks new.

Defective quick release spring bars
Just about everything about this strap is great except the quick release spring bars. I broke the strap in wearing it a few days around the house. The first time I wore it out i got a ton of scratches on a limited edition stainless steel watch case because the strap came undone and fell onto pavement. I thought maybe it was a fluke and put it back on and continued to wear it. It came undone a couple more times throughout the next couple days. Luckily not over concrete like the first time. After looking closer, it looks like they used a 18mm spring bar for their 19mm strap. Really want to like it considering it’s nice feeling leather, and good taper, good color. Can’t get over the fact that the poor quality control has now left me with a ton of scratches on a special watch. Tossing it in the bin and buying something else.

It’s decent but needs improvement
Okay, this band pieces are good. They look very good, feels good and fine for the money. The leather is stiff so will need some time to get flexible. They look really nice on a watch.But, one potential flaw is that the band loops are a bit narrow. They should be about 2 mm wider. They are okay right now but am not sure how long they will last because the loop is tied with one thick thread loop. So, if they get worn, theloop will fall off. The leather is same type as the band. Obviously, for the price it’s not a bad buy. But, as mentioned, the loops are a suspect and for some potential issue.

Very nice inexpensive watchband
I prefer leather watchbands over plastic or metal and this band (I ordered brown) fit my watch perfectly. It came with the two spring pins and was very easy to switch from the old to the new. My wrist is very small and I currently secure it in the 4th hole with 3 more available till the end of the strap. The price was so-o-o-o right, it looks very nice and is of good quality. I would order again in a heartbeat.
