Looks and works great
It takes a fair amount of force when shaking my arm to make the beads come loose, so that isn’t something I’d worry about in day to day use. It keeps time well and the ticking is very faint even when the back of the case is pressed right against your ear. The Milanese band works well and the sizing holds firm. It also comes with a bracelet removing tool and a little brush to keep the bead channels clean.As others say, it is a bit counter-intuitive for the hour hand to be on the outside, but I believe the reason they did that is because putting the minute hand on the outer ring would revolve the magnet too quickly for the ball to keep up without friction knocking it out of place constantly. If I’m right, then it’s a valid design compromise.

It is a great concept using ball-bearings to double as hands on a clock face, it worked the very 1st day but it slid dwn a greasy pole frm there. Having it my hypnosis is the magnets are not strong enough to support the weight of the ball-bearing and thus it cannot the weight nessessary, here me when I tell ya save ya money I am sending mine back $70.00 is way to much to spend for it to only work 1 day ð¡ð¤¬

Conversation Piece & Great Look!
Love the watch! I purchased the all black one and it has definitely been a conversation piece. It matches with everything and tells accurate time.I would have given 5 stars if not for the clasp, the ease of cleaning the inner grooves and the outer magnet being the hour hand, opposed to the traditional inner magnet. (that took some getting used to)Recommended – buy the warranty as the clasp is not very secure. I am rough with my accessories and the slightest knock to the clasp makes it come undone. This happened several times and the last time the watch actually fell off my wrist and broke to pieces.

Not tactile, you cannot feel the ball bearings
Can’t blame them since they don’t advertise it that way – but I thought it was going to be like the Eone Bradley Timepiece … but it is not. The ball bearings are sunk below the surface of the watch so it is practically impossible to sense their location by touch.Also strangely the hour an minute hands are reversed so it is impossible to know the exact time (also can’t blame them because they say thats how it is, but still it is an obviously bad design).

VERY cool; one odd quirk
Totally cool watch. The balls decouple from the magnets when you shake it around. Then, when you want to see the time, just hold the watch approximately level and the balls will “snap” into place. MAGIC! :-)One odd quirk: because of the way the internal gearing of the watch works, the hour “hand” and the minute “hand” are interchanged: The inner circle is the minute “hand”, and the outer circle is the hour “hand”. Takes a little getting used to, but hey, if you’re buying this watch, then you’re definitely in search of at least a little weirdness!Would recommend.
