Looks good and crazy accurate.
The first one I got has a defective spring holder whole on the case, and the bracelet spring popped out constantly. I returned it with no problem, and I got an immediate replacement even before sent back the first one. Kudos to the company.The second wan was in perfect condition.I had the real deal Submariner before, and this hommage got the look and feel. Of course, no point in comparing them – they are in different leagues. This Reginald watch is not waterproof; definitely not to 300 m. Without a screw-down crown, it is impossible anyway. But after 9 months of everyday abuse, it still looks good, with no scratches on the glass or the bezel. Somebody was upset about the crystal not being sapphire. Helloooo! A sapphire crystal would cost more than the whole watch. I lost the dot from the bezel after 6 months, but it was easy to replace it with some fluorescent paint/superglue mix (see photo). Some review says the watch is not luminous. I don’t know – if you keep it in the dark, maybe not, but if it is exposed to sunlight for a while and you go to a dark place, it is pretty bright for about 5 min. The hands are brighter than the dots. (See pictures.) Yes, the clasp is flimsy, but again what do you expect for this price? A new Submariner start around 20K. Even a used one costs at least 8K. For that money, they really have somewhat better clasps :DIt actually beats the Submariner’s accuracy. Of course, the automatic movement is inherently less accurate than a quartz movement, so it is not a real victory. During the nine months (268 days exactly), it gained 56 seconds. In other words, it is accurate to 0.2 seconds per day! Even for a quartz watch, it is excellent. In summary, it is a real deal for less than $40.

Cheap CHICOM fun I ordered for a giggle after reading some disparaging comments in different forums! Watch arrived nicely packed in box with tag and watch protectively wrapped in tape. Caseback is NOT the same as pictured (which is Rolex-type), which is just fine by me, as the battery can now be easily replaced using a standard notched watch tool. Caseback *appears* to be a screwback, and is marked “Japan 2115 All Stainless Steel 3ATM Water Resistant,” which directly contradicts the watch dial, which states:”1000ft=300mSuperlative ChronometerOfficially Certified”Bottom of dial states “Japan Movt”Note that a 3ATM rating means this watch should only be exposed to “Accidental Splashes and Contact with Rain,” according to Seiko’s waterproof guide – no swimming or showering with this watch!If the caseback and dial info is true, then this watch sports a Miyota MIY 2115 quartz movement, which can be replaced new for less than two sawbucks. The battery replacement should be the inexpensive 377 (SR626) cell.Watch arrived set for standard Central time (shipped from Indybanana). Crown spins freely when pushed all the way in. Pulled out one stop and reversed (counterclockwise) to previous date, then pull all the way and turned hands clockwise to advance date, which clicked over at midnight – nice!Date magnification (the ‘cyclops’) is, like most, glued onto the crystal (which i sincerely doubt is sapphire), but offers less than 2X magnification.Bezel is loosey-goosey 60-click unidirectional, about on a par with my Timex Men’s T2M563 Dress Sports Black Dial Black Leather Strap Watch (which cost a Jefferson less when purchased, btw).Bracelet is clickety thin-stamped stainless, but nice. You can remove links but may not need to, as the clasp has more than an inch and a half of adjustable holes for the clasp pin. Hollow endlinks of course.The surprise is the lume. All markers, hands, and even the 0/60 mark (the bezel ‘pearl’) is lumed – and, astonishingly, nearly on a par with Casio Men’s MDV106-1A Stainless Steel Watch (of which i have several, as these are destined to be classic inexpensive dive watches worth *far* more than the paltry three Hamiltons i paid for each).So what we have here is a fun watch; cheap, inexpensive, and a beater homage to that financially unaffordable 116610LV costing nearly 242 times as much (at retail, mind you). I give it 5 stars for what it is!

Great watch for the price!
I love Submariner type diving watches, so when I saw this one, for the price, I was very excited. The look is fantastic. People will mistake it for the real thing from a far. So, appearance is spot on. The glow is also very strong, and I was impressed with how well it lasted after charging the lumens. This is a quartz movement, so standard ticking action should be expected. The overall feel of quality was spot on with what you are paying for. The bracelet and clasp felt light and cheap in comparison to Pro Diver models from Invicta. Don’t expect the bracelet to hold up during heavy yard work activities. I actually switched out the clasp and bracelet with an Pro Diver bracelet and it increased the overall weight of the watch, which was nice. The Invicta Clasp and bracelet feel more much more solid. The watch itself, had decent weight for a quartz movement, and I was pleased with that. The rotating bezel is very easy to click and has a light, air click sound. The bezel and face color are fantastic. It’s a beautiful emerald green, and the color of the bezel matches the face perfectly. The adjustment nob/crown is a little weak, and cheap feeling. It clicks out very easily, but it can be tricky to find the date adjust notch. There is no seal, and no screw down feature to the nob, so don’t expect this watch to be water proof despite the 300m claim on the face of the watch. Overall, you get what you pay for, and for the price it is a beautiful watch that will be great for day to day use, and it would be perfect for vacationing as it is an investment that you wouldn’t mind getting lost, ruined, or stolen. Totally worth the price, and if you have a nicer bracelet and clasp to switch out, it will feel like a great watch.

Except quartz, not waterproof, and not a Rolex. But the level of finishing on this watch is very good for way way less than $100. Also keeps great time. The watch has a good heft to it and I love the green. Great bargain. It also keeps perfect time. Probably better than an automatic Rolex.

I was in the market for a watch that I would wear on days that might be too rough on my automatic watches, yet wanted something that looked similar to my other watches. When I saw this watch, I didnât have high expectations given its a Quartz and seemed too cheap for a diver style watch, but wow, I am amazed at what $50 can get you.The watch comes in a stylish packaging and comes with a lot of documents on how to change the date and time, adjust the bracelet, and other information about the watch. Out of the box, the diver came wrapped in plastic to protect the bracelet, and tags, like other watches of this style. Additionally, it came with a bracelet link remover to adjust the size to your fitting.The watch itself is beautiful. If I had not known it was $50, I wouldâve thought this watch was in the hundreds. Yes, it looks like a Rolex Submariner, with its cyclops-style glass, but many other reputable watchmakers design their diver-style watches similarly. The casing and bracelet are made of stainless steel, which has some weight to it â weighing similar to my Seiko diver watch. Additionally, the bezel looks beautiful as its made of ceramic.Regarding its design, contrary to other reviewers, I have to say, this watch is nice to look at. I showed it to my friends heavily invested in Swiss-made watches, and they too were surprised at how shiny, heavy, and clean it looks.As for its time-setting and battery, I did not have much trouble with setting up the time. This watchâs crown is a push-pull style and not a screw-in, which meant that if you pulled the crown out two clicks, you are able to adjust the time and date. For its battery, it uses a small Sony battery, which should last a few years. Also, changing the battery should be fairly easy as I was able to open the case back within seconds.Overall, itâs a beautiful watch. The stainless steel casing and bracelet, ceramic bezel, and Mercedes-style watch hands truly make this watch seem more expensive than it actually is. The packaging and documents included with the watch were useful and made the unboxing experience feel like youâre opening an expensive Omega or Seiko watch. The pricing is very reasonable, especially when you factor in the warranty. I recommend this watch.

This presents as a sturdy, weighty solid timepiece. Good value for the money. My local jeweler charged by $5 to adjust the links–fits and wears well. Would buy again, quite possibly with a different colour (I have the blue, it looks stunning.) Also I can now tuck away my Tissot for special occasions.

Great looking watch , looks very similar to my Submariner.They should change out the shiny chrome on band to the brushed style. As it scratches easier and is more noticeable than on brushed.Locks and stays locked, nice heavy feel .Using as daily watch as keeps great time . I am not sure on water resistance or not.

The watch looked ok. But the braclet felt so cheap and flimsy. While wearing the watch it felt unbalanced because the bracket is so light weight. I couldn’t get used to the feeling. I think if this watch came with a better quality braclet it would be more on par with Invicta, which generally feel better to me as a rolex style/inspired watch.
