Excellent features and a great APP (with one flaw)
The IDW20 watch (from the Gydom store) has proven to be excellent. Very accurate, easy to use, and even though I have ALL the features enabled I still get 7+ days on the battery (without it hitting below 10% or better). I very frequently have good use for the Alexa built-in as well as the Phone and other features. I wear the watch on my right under wrist and still get very reliable readings. (This watch does not have Blood Pressure but I have tested many in its price range that did and none of them had useable BP readings.) The band that comes with the watch is comfortable.The VeryFit APP that is included is the best I have found by far. It offers all sorts of great combinations of readings and information. It does have one BIG PROBLEM – If you use Outdoor Walk or Outdoor Cycling it will start tracking your route on Google Maps which is an AWESOME feature. However, the problem is that the APP locks up between 1 and 1.5 miles 100% of the time. I have tested this on 6 entirely different make watches and 4 different make phones. Additionally, in my huge cycling group, I have found no one who does not have the same issue. The APP does SYNC to Google Fit and G-Fit may or may not have better track info than the VeryFit App does. The watch does keep track of steps and other info even though the APP has locked up. And it will update the watch when you restart the APP with some info but routing info and other data that should have been created on the APP will not exist. Please VeryFit, update the APP to fix this (Yes, all my settings are as instructed though we have also tried many others to see if that helps but does not. ALSO, the APP claims to be able to sync with other Blood Pressure and Weight Scales but I tried it and failed. The settings are all there in the APP, they just do not find the other devices as advertised. Support said that these functions are not available yet even though advertised (and has said the same for over two years now).

I read the reviews prior to purchasing this watch & thought Iâd made a good choice. I was buying it for my 70 + year old father. I did buy him a Fitbit years so & it was time to replace it but I didnât want anything too fancy or technical for him. Hence I settled on this watch.Iâm extremely grateful for Amazonâs extended return period during the holidays. It gave my Father time to try the watch & see how it did.When first setting it up the app & watch wouldnât sync. Very frustrating. After installing & uninstalling several times it finally worked. I told my dad to wear it consistently to see if he had any issuesFor the first couple of weeks it was fine but then he said it wouldnât hold a charge. He would even leave it charging overnight & it would barely get to 30%. I was also not loving the charging option.The charger doesnât plug into the phone like most, instead itâs magnetic. Which gives a lot of room for error. I trust my dad did attach it correctly & feel the watch just wasnât up to par.Needless to say I sent it back & will now be buying a true Fitbit for him. Should have just done that in the first place. Lesson learned

Often inaccurate. 50% ish of the time I can tell its way off, sometimes even double [which makes more sense than off by 20%]. At home ill feel my pulse is 60 and it reads 80 or 100. I use my blood pressure cuff to double check and yup, its way off. At the gym I’ll use the treadmill heartrate monitor and its 10-20 bpm off, and 50% of the time its correct.. meh. The stopwatch function blacks out the screen after 5 seconds, despite changing “display on” time. Just meh

Great watch that is as accurate as my previous fitbit.
This watch tracks fitness, heart rate, steps and more. Able to use photos from my phone for watch face. Plus plenty of ready made images that come with watch app. Charging is quick and easy. Watch battery life is very good.

Works perfectly for my needs!
The display is clear and changeable, heart rate monitor is accurate and the band doesn’t irritate my wrist so far. Phone calls are clear and notifications are easy to navigate. It charges fast and even has a shake mode to remove any water inside it! It was easy to use and the color was spot on. It feels very durable and the band is thick to keep from breaking. Might be one of my favorite purchases so far!

Missing some simple features
As noted by others, there’s apparently no way to turn the watch off other than letting the battery die.There’s apparently no way to turn off the sound, and I’ve found the watch does an annoying 4-bit tone about once an hour, unrelated to any phone notifications. There’s an inconvenient large nob on the right, which often results in pausing my workout when I’m doing push-ups. You can also just scroll via the screen, so the nob seems redundant. (When you go into the Support on the app, there’s nothing about sound. There is an AI chatbot option that tells you to go into Settings and turn sound off, but there’s no such thing in the app. ) It does track steps, heart rate, and stress. You can sync with Alexa for voice commands if you want to give the company that data, and audio play/pause from the watch works well.Since it doesn’t sync with other services, you’ll be tracking your fitness solely via the app on the phone.

Best activity watch I have had yet!!
Absolutely love this watch! I have had it for 4 months and started using the running/excersise. It is pretty accurate, obviously I’m still learning how to use it so a few bumps in the road. Highly recommend this watch
