Nice feeling comfortable band, for an incredibly low price
This band went onto an automatic watch that I own. The leather strap that came with the watch was very stiff and not comfortable, and I wanted something that would feel better when I wear the watch daily. It turns out that flourine rubber, in general, just feels really good against the skin and I am so glad I swapped out the original band for this one. It’s very soft and so far very durable as well. The price is also super compatible with the wallet.

Exceeded Expectations
First, let me say these watchstraps are made from rubber. Whether they are the now sought after FKM rubber, I canât be certain, so Iâll just have to take the sellerâs word on it. At the under $10 each price I paid for three watchstraps; Iâm satisfied with what I got. I had been looking at these straps along with some other âFKM rubberâ straps on Amazon in the $20-$30 price range. Unlike the thin woven nylon watchstraps I had been using, I wanted something that wouldnât hold water and needed to dry against my wrist. The rubber sheds water. I needed a 20mm rubber strap that was not too thick at the quick-release and lug ends for my Seiko Alpinist watch, which has a smaller vintage-sized case and, as a result, shorter lugs. Also, I have a vintage-styled Yema Navygraf dive watch that has very short lugs. Many of the other rubber straps are too thick and the quick release spring bars wonât engage between the lugs and the watch case (I know, because I tried others). These looked as if they might fit. I liked the different-looking cross-hatched diamond design on the outside of the strap. But I wasnât sold on the strapâs locking keeper (I now take that back, because the locking keeper actually works and keeps the strap end from sticking out from where it wraps around my wrist). When these recently went on sale for a limited time special promotion, I bought the green and the brown straps for the Seiko (see photos). They fit! And then, after ensuring I could fit the strap on my Yema (see photo), I bought the red strap (had the white been on sale, I would have bought that, too). These watchstraps are thick, but not too thick. The watch straps are soft and flexible but can wear a bit hot (at least Iâm not getting âdiamondsâ embossed in my wrist like with some rubber tropical straps). On the back of the strap, there is a channel formed by two small, raised ribs that run along the length. These keep the strap from sitting totally against the skin and provide some sweat relief. All said, these straps exceeded my expectations, especially for the price paid.

Strap is very nice
I like the flexibility, the feel of the FKM, the design, and the utility of this strap. It seems extremely well made and should last a very long time. The only con for me is that the strap material is just a little too thick. It’s a heavy duty strap and would serve those who want a heavy duty strap well. For me, I’ll find one with a slightly thinner material.

A Comfortable Fit

Broke first time wearing it
The watch strap appeared to be good quality, but the rubber snapped at the buckle first time wearing it. Fortunately, I was removing my watch at the time and was able to catch it before falling to the floor. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but felt obligated this time. I would stay away from this strap.

This would be a spectacular strap for at least double the price I paid. It’s incredibly comfortable, to the point where it disappears on wrist when used on much adored my SD-1970 Willard-esque.The colour and material quality of this product are excellent. It’s a perfect shade of grey and looks absolutely incredible on a Seiko turtle style watch head. It was exactly the look I wanted for this watch when I was looking for a rubber strap. It also looks far richer on wrist than the combination of Steeldive and JWNSPA likely had any right to.I would absolutely buy it again. I’ve got plenty more watches with 22mm straps that would look great on one, too!
