Great replacement for my Gen-6 Fossil watch
These cords are not built to be sturdy, and there is so much confusion over what fits what. I ordered this on a hope that it would work, and sure enough it did. The original that came with my watch had four charging pins (almost a duplicate on the other side) while this only has two, but it works great on my watch.

Attractive hybrid watch
Backstory: I set aside my daily analog watches for a hand-me-down Fitbit while I participated in a diet challenge. I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. I mostly missed analog watch hands but now I also wanted to keep the activity tracking. After some pretty extensive research this watch fit the bill with some slight shortcomings. Overall I enjoy it.Looks: this was important to me. I like watches and wanted something that looks like a watch. I am very pleased with how this looks.Analog hands: I hated having to move my wrist to see the time on the Fitbit. Newer ones seem a bit more intuitive to movement but I wanted a clock that is always there. Fun bit, the hands on this Fossil have a tiny bit of luminescence to them. There is also a backlight that stays in for a few seconds if you give it a deliberate double tap.Activity tracking: this is done as a combination of the watch and app. It can be a bit laggy or buggy but catches up eventually. It will auto detect some excercises and keep track of them. Overall I think Fitbit probably makes a better tracker and better app but they didn’t have a hybrid. The tracking of the Fossil overall is sufficient but could be improved.Tech: besides activity tracking I have found basic text and call notifications to be useful. The vibrations are well felt yet quite subtle. I did not want a wrist computer and this is not one. The menus on the watch can be a bit slow and require some patience. I suggest choosing only important notifications going to the watch, not every damn thing that pops up on your phone. I like that when I read the text on my phone the notification usually clears from the watch.Customization: neat to make some changes to the watch face. I wish thier were more standard options.No owners manual. Not on the website. I tried everything. Most things are intuitive but a manual would really help.Battery life: advertised 2 week battery life. In my experience after one full charge and one full week I’m down to 48% so I would call that accurate.Overall, the attractiveness really won me over. I knew it was large, kind of comes with the territory to have a little screen on your wrist. The tech could be a little faster, the app could give you a little more but they get the job done. Awesome watch – Smart enough and looks like a normal watch
Would recommend this watch to anyone looking for Bluetooth only hybrid smart watch. Great battery life, looks like a normal watch, provides everything I need. Love the alarm feature, just make sure you leave the app open on your phone in the background so it can sync.

Terrible connectivity
when you try and connect the watch to an iPhone it works terribly. I personally have connected it both an iPhone and an Android device. and with an android, it works perfectly and I would even recommend it a lot but with iOS it works terribly: the notifications didn’t, work the GPS did not work, watch face changing also didn’t work. I have an iphone and therefore after spending so much money on this watch I am unable to use it- highly unimpressed and demand a refund on basis of lack of correct information provided
