Wow…I’ll never buy fitbit again.
Fantastic watch and battery life. The data captured is spot on with my LifeFitness equipment. Fitbit’s heart rate was never accurate. This fine watch is extremely accurate…all the time. The watch face is clearly visible. Many watch faces to choose from on the fly….you can load many watch faces on the actual watch and toggle between them. The amount of data available to you seems endless.The Garmin Connect App was a little buggy syncing at first until I updated the watch to the latest firmware. All is great. The data is laid out in a very nice easy to read manner. Lot’s to see if you want to see it.The Garmin Connect IQ app allows you to download custom watch faces which allow you to choose what fields you want to see on the watch face…ex Heart rate, Calories burnt, Distance, Weather/Temperature, battery life, steps…etc.Very versatile piece that is the most accurate watch that I’ve had so far. 11 + day battery life…and I use this thing all the time.I would definitely buy this again.

Great upgrade for Garmin fitness band wearers
Got this brand new model because my Vivosmart 4 watch band finally broke. I didn’t really want to go back to a watch form factor after wearing bands for many years. But this one is super light weight and I can wear it anywhere, even in the water. The battery lasts for days. You can download the Connect IQ app and customize the watch, including adding new features and faces. Interestingly, you can create a custom face in both the IQ app, and on the watch itself, although the options are not the same and results are not consistent.Pros:- Great screen, highly visible in varying light- Good battery life. Much better than the old vivosmart 4, seems like at least a week.- GPS – seems to work well enough on walks/runs I’ve done.- Nice selection of exercises built in. I’ve only used walk/run/swim so far. The app has been trying to get me to upload personalized running plans and workouts. Just haven’t got to that yet either.- User interface is _mostly_ easy to use, once you figure it out.Cons- Extra info on faces (steps, heartbeat etc), and user interface has very small fonts. It’s not a big device after all. But those of us who can’t focus up close have a hard time seeing the small things without the glasses- Another weird charger connector. Next version should be able to charge wirelessly. Those other guys do it.- The included band is pretty utilitarian and I already see wear around where the buckle rubs on it. At least it’s replaceable with standard sized bands.Overall I am happy with this watch so far.

Great watch
Moving from Fitbit to Garmin has been a great! (Currently 2 months in). The venu sq2 was easy to set up, battery life is terrific – I’ve gone about 8 or so days between charges – way better than before! Heart rate tracking has been pretty accurate for my workouts and the apps and function on the watch are easy to find and use. So far very happy

Great watch, no music
I bought this because the linked manual said I could store music for when I go jogging. It comes with music controls installed. The included manual says the Venue Sq 2 MUSIC is the version that holds music, so I’m out of luck.All the installed apps work nicely and I really like that I can change watch faces on a whim. I also ordered a shiny watchband and it was very easy to change out.As long as you’re not trying to take music on a jog without keeping your phone on you, I would recommend this product.

Great watch for the Money (got it here on sale)
This will not take your blood pressure; you need an external sensor, but you can enter or track your BP if you use another device. Aside from this, it works well in one direction from the iPhone for notifications and you have hundreds of watch faces to choose from. The battery lasts for over ten days between charges which is amazing. I have nothing to complain about, great value for the money.

Bright display, long battery life
I have had this now for about 4 weeks. I bought it to replace a Garmin vivo move with a fading display. The display is bright easy to read texts etc. I have been charging once a week and never have gone below 28%. Connects easily with my android phone. Also great price point.

This Garmin smartphone is great quality and delivers on fitness metrics. It has already helped me improve my sleep and decrease stress! Just really good feedback. Had to cover the small metal areas with scotch tape. No problems since then.One improvement would be the choice of activities to track.

I love the watch. I swim and wanted to track it. I like the sleep tracker, telling me a lot of information about my sleep I don’t really get (61 yrs old). The battery life is great. This is my second Garmin, loved that one too, but was old (vivioactive 3). I don’t use the music part of it, just not interested in it, but I’m sure it is fine. The sage color is easy on the eyes, and the face isn’t too thick. Plenty of watch faces to select from. Sharp watch. I highly recommend.

I bought this to replace my 3rd Pebble2. They are no longer available and I can’t be without a smartwatch. This watch is amazing!!! They say it’ll get 11 days on a charge. I’ve just passed 7 days and am still at 43% charge. I use quite a few of the functions and still have no issues with power. It is a very easy watch to setup and it has lots of sports features that can be setup. I get all me text messages on my watch, which is what I wanted plus it tracks heart rate, steps and sleep. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this brilliant watch and would recommend it to anyone looking for something in this category. The battery life alone makes it worth the price!!!!!

I needed a new smart watch, and was seriously considering an Apple Watch, until I realized they needed to be charged daily. I love wearing my smart watch to bed (tracking my sleep and using the silent wrist vibration alarms to wake me up in the morning), so I knew charging daily wouldnât work for me. Which led me down a rabbit hole of watch research and I landed on this one! I was impressed by the 11 day battery life, and while in reality youâll use it more quickly (using tracking exercise functions or even having a pretty watch face), but even with doing both of those, I get over a week before I need to charge it. I also LOVE the body battery function – I really helps to drive home how much you need good quality sleep and relaxation! Downsides: no altimeter and needs to pair to a phone to track, but I have my phone with me, so I was okay with this. I think for the price, this watch is excellent, looks great, and I love the functionality! Great investment!
