IT WORKS!
Bought the Abanen brand first and it didnât work at all!! Clicked in firmly, but neither one (it came with two in the package) worked, no matter which cable I used! THIS one clicked in firmly and seems pretty solid – and actually WORKS!!

Tie this onto a USB-C cable when traveling to charge your Garmin watch
I was originally looking for another Garmin compatible cable to charge my Fenix watch and I came across this one for cheaper. I tested that it attaches to a USB-C cable and can charge my Fenix 6- which it can do. Now, I keep this attachment tied (manufacturer provides the mini rope attachment clip) to my USB-C cable which is part of my computer travel cable kit. This way, when I am on vacation, I am still able to charge up my Garmin watch and not have to unplug the OEM Garmin cable from my usual setup.

Way better than stock cable connector
I had issues with my Fenix 6x constantly disconnecting while charging. This adapter never has that problem. Well worth it so you don’t wake up to a dead watch.

I bought this so I could leverage USB c cables that I already carry when traveling. It works great and makes it so I have one less specialized cable when traveling. I just have to make sure I get it back into the cable & adapters bag. It’s small enough that it is easy to miss,if one is not careful.
