Great motion detecting porch light.
I just installed this porch light and I can’t find anything negative to say about it. It was delivered promptly, it was boxed nicely, it was made with good quality and no missing parts. It was easy to install and it worked great. What else can I say. It’s a good looking lamp and Kudos to the company that manufactured it. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this light!

Simple is super
This is a basic motion-activated porch light that only comes on in the evening. It works exactly as it should, and for that I am grateful and pleased. This is the second one of these that I’ve purchased and installed. The first one I bought was purchased from Lowes and it came in matte black, whereas this one is glossy black with brass accents. Despite the minor difference, which doesn’t bother me one bit, they work exactly the same and quite well. The range and sensitivity of this porch light is adjustable and stable. It just works!

Nice Light for the Money. Should be Packaged Better
I opened this light to install it a few days after receiving it. Metal body and real glass around the bulb. Very attractive for the price. Problem is, two of the glass panels were broke and one piece of the decorative hardware was missing. Also, the metal lid was bent. The parts bag was torn open, so it looks like someone had received and returned it. I went ahead and installed it, and contacted Amazon about a replacement. One was sent, and I used the parts to repair the light. It is working very well, Iâm very pleased with it. Motion detection is sensitive enough, I wish it had a five minute feature on it. The minimum for motion detection is 10 minutes. No huge deal. I canât imagine not wrapping these glass panels for shipping that they are not frequently cracked or broken.

Works as it should and good value for price
I have installed (5) of these and they all work well, Excellent field of view on the motion detector. I use LED 60 watt (equivalent) bulbs and it is plenty of light. I had to screw the light fixture directly to the wood plate where the wire came through the house instead of using the provided bolts and cap nuts, but it is still a good looking installation.

great reliable product
Got my lights that I ordered two one for each side of my front door to replace older fixtures that didn’t have the motion detection on them. I followed the instructions and had no problems at all installing them. The new lights work great. They do come on at separate times after motion is dectected but it would have been a big deal for me to wire them where they would have came on together. Other than that minor inconvenience the lights work as advertised . Now I feel more secure because no one can slip up to the front door at night and look in the front door which has a beautiful window in it. Before they could have looked in and seen who was in the great room at night but no more!!! Thanks great product which works as advertised and looks great on my brick home.

A Good Motion Light!
I have used these for many years and for the money I am very pleased with appearance, function and longevity. I like the fact it will control an additional light. I have one of the motion lights wired with an inside door light near my shop door. When I walk up to the door on the outside the motion light comes on outside as well as a small light on the inside near the door. I have a switch on the inside light so I can turn it off separately if I don’t want it coming on and of course both or on a switch if I don’t want neither to come on. I have recently purchased three of these lights two to replace ones I have gotten good service from and one because my wife wanted us to have one at another exterior door. I think my old lights could be painted and wired to be a switched light. I think either the light senor or motion senor is what wore out. Highly recommend.

Mounting screws are too short
When installing this light we found the mounting screws that were provided were too short.We had to buy new longer ones from the Hardware store.otherwise the product works well and we are happy with it.This is the Fifth light, I have purchased from Heath over the years.The others were Bronze, no longer made, this one was Black.Never had a problem with the screws on any of the others, that were purchased 10 to 15 years ago.
