First off, the box is beautiful. It runs very quietly and the blue LEDs provide a nice glow. I also like the ability of having the rotation stop when you open the lid (controlled by a switch). It came with a power adaptor so you don't have to run it on batteries.
But what I really want to comment on the after-sale service. This was an appreciated Christmas present, but started acting up in February. It started 'dragging' when two watches were installed. Going back through my Past Orders, I found where I could contact Amazon for help. After a short online chat, the Amazon rep told me that the seller would be handling the problem. He gave me a phone number to call. I called once and left a message. Through my own fault, I missed their callback – unrecognized number; I thought it was a telemarketer. I left another voicemail and followed up with an email to service@nekodo.net Within 12 hours I had a reply that they were going to ship out a new winder as soon as the warehouse stock comes in. That led me to expect a six week delay or something but, no, it was just a few days before I got another email that it would be delivered the next week. And it was. The responsiveness and promptness is impressive. Thank you, Erics! (signed) a very happy customer.
