This item said it was new. Box was open previously and I put it to charge and the screen doesn’t light up. It’s not working. I bought it for My husband’s birthday and i gave it to him yesterday, I didn’t try it until yesterday -on his birthday- and it still hasn’t work today.I returned the first one we got and second was also defective. Only shows a tiny and poor light

Great product for the price
Good band, maybe it is very simple due to only can track your steps and your dream, it is not for sports use because this band only has a few sensors and maybe can be inaccurate for sports use, but for casual use is very good product, if you are a sedentary office man/ woman, this track bring a good idea about how many activity you need for health, is something like fitbit flex but with the advantage of the Bluetooth headset to take calls, you can take your calls, the sound is clear. In a few weeks the product and the app received some updates, the battery life is very good, the vibration of the alarm is adequate. You can see the number or the name of the caller, but no more, this band does not support other apps like whatsapp, email, or something, but i am very happy with it. I can not talk about water resistant due to since my fitbit flex die, I am more careful with this band, I wash my hands without problems, but I take off the band for shower. The only thing with that I am not happy is the charger, at the end of the rubber band is the charger, I feel is some fragile, and I you don not have some care maybe in a few months you cant break it and I can not find any replacement for the rubber band.

Great Fitness Tracker
This is the best fitness tracker I have seen. I have had a few and this one does a great job at automatically tracking sleep and other activities while awake. Very accurate and better them my FitBit. The software is good but lacks some of the FitBit trending and cloud data analytics that FitBit has. So its great hardware and the software is ok but if you looking for lots of trending views, this might not be for you. The phone ear bud also works very well and caller ID on the display is great. To top that off, it being water proof enough to wear in the shower is the clincher for me.

Only answers a call. Won’t initiate an outgoing call.
UPDATED: Just earned a 4’th star….. Overall, the band is decent but here are the problems: First, the volume is a little on the quiet side. The bigger issue is no way to initiate a call, at least not on Android anyways. (The button on headset only answers an incoming call, it won’t activate “OK Google” or get you access to voice dialing etc.) I’m very surprised at this. ~ Because pressing the button does (with certain other apps designed to work with bluetooth headsets) actually result in a voice response acknowledgement in the headset. Unfortunately, I have yet to find an app that will circumvent this shortcoming. Seems like a firmware/software update could solve this!?!?UPDATE: On android 4.3 (using tasker & bluetooth detection) it is possible (not easy though) to make this wristband initiate a call via voice commands. To get it to work, the program that must launch is “Voice Search”, and not the “blue Google app” typically associated with Google Now/OK Google. And although this kind of works, the button on the phone really needs to activate voice search directly, and then close it automatically after the call. (So you can restart and make a second call.) One other MAJOR plus is the bands are now ip57. (Waterproof enough to wear in the shower.) I still suggest popping out the earpiece though.
