    This is a fairly cheap watch – the price at the time of writing is just £14.98. And it comes with a felt pouch and a spare battery. I've had many watches over the years, and cannot recall any watch ever coming with a spare battery!

    At first I didn't think the watch already had a battery inside, because the hands weren't moving and I'd seen the separate battery. But as with some other new watches, there's a little stopper in the crown you have to pull out and then once the crown goes back down, away it goes.

    I think with the low price in mind, I can't expect the build quality to be that high. And this watch does feel a bit cheap in places. But that's fine by me because what drew me to this watch was its quirky looks. It looks fun and makes me smile and it doesn't matter that it doesn't compete for quality with my TAG.

    One thing I really love is that the blue paint on the silver version of the watch is very reflective and really catches the light.

    The hour and minute hands glow in the dark, which is a plus for me. Though I really wish the little moon and stars glowed in the dark too – that would be so cool!

    Now coming on to those cheap bits. The watch strap does make a bit of a cheap-sounding rattle, though that's quite common at the budget end of metal watches. The strap feels a bit rough at the edges. The clasp feels cheap. The watch's mechanism is noisy. I can hear it ticking away.

    But none of that stops me from wanting to wear this watch at times, even though I have a drawer full of watches. None of my other watches look quite like this quirky one. I love wearing it for its looks, and that's why I've scored it five stars.
