Beautiful Watch but not as sturdy as it appears
My daughter requested this as one of her gifts for her 21st birthday. I read the reviews about it not being very sturdy but decided to order it anyway. She loves the watch, but she is going to have to pay to have a link removed, and she doesn’t have an overly tiny wrist. There’s no way to remove a link without taking it to a jeweler. It’s a pretty and dainty watch, but it’s not worth the price tag.

Do not buy – Wristband quickly degrades
I really liked this watch when I first bought it, but it QUICKLY degraded. The wristband bracelet is made of a pearlized plating over plastic which quickly rubs off. This degradation makes the watch look cheap. Another disappointing aspect as Kate Spade has a reputation for quality goods (I own many KS products). THIS IS NOT A QUALITY WATCH. For the price of this watch, that is greatly disappointing.From the website âThe warranty only extends to the hands, dial, and watch movement are the components covered under the warranty, as well as any factory defect. This warranty does not cover: Any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.â Therefore, the wristband is not under warranty.I was only able to wear this watch a few months. I am very disappointed as the cost and Kate Spade brand did NOT deliver on quality for this product.
