Nice watch band for the price
First impressions are that I like this watch band and you can’t beat the price for what you get. I am using it on a fossil gen 5 that is glossy black, while the band is matte, and at first I thought that I was going to have to look for another band because it doesn’t match, but it actually makes the watch face stand out, which is what you want. So actually, I now like the fact that the band is a matte finish. Reading other reviews, some have said it was hard to take out the links to shorten the length, but it is not that bad and you only have to do it once; watch the video. It squeaked at first but a couple drops of oil that I use on my beard trimmer (no odor) fixed that and it only squeaked when I took it off and not when I was wearing it anyway. I read some complaints about the paint wearing off but if I can get a year or so with out that happening I will be okay with it considering the price. I am pretty careful with my things, so I suspect it should last me for years. I will probably get bored of it before then anyway and look for a different band by that time. Some said it was heavy, and I agree that it is definitely heavier than the leather one that came with my watch, but I got used to it right away.

Great Watch Band for Fossil Carlyle
I bought this shortly after purchasing a Gen 5 Fossil Carlyle, because I wasn’t a huge fan of dishing out the money for the watch, then another $50 for an official metal band from their site. For $15 this is perfect. It looks stylish and was actually a bit loose on my larger wrist (I actually had to take a link out to make it fit well and not spin around my wrist). I wear my watch daily, so I can say this is a comfortable band, easy to install, and easy to add or remove links to get the perfect fit.

Perfect band for Garmin VA4
The color is great. Original Garmin band gave me a rash, so I bought this to replace it. I can wear this 24/7 without any rash now. Had this for months and no scratches and looks great. Saw other reviews saying the color runs off or something. Sounds like they got a fake. Mine is anodized for sure and color is consistent on all links. It took a little bit of tinkering to get band to correct size. I had to take some links off of each side until side clasp sat just off center from bottom of wrist when closed. Once I got that mix correct it is comfy.

Very smart looking band! Hard to install.
My biggest gripe with this band is that the pins that attach it to the watch are not captive. They have a tendency to fall out of the band during installation. Other than that, the band is comfortable and easy to adjust with the included tool. It’s a very sharp looking band.

A little tricky to install
Not TERRIBLY complicated to install, but it’s a little trickier than your average watchband. I almost wanted someone to help so I’d have four hands at my disposal, but the parts are too small for that.I was able to get it secured while only losing 1 of the tiny pins (they give you a few extras) that connects each link to the next.Once I got it installed and on my wrist, it immediately fell apart. It happened that this was okay, since I needed to remove a link anyway to get the size right.Just be sure you wear it around the house for an hour or two before you go anywhere, so if you have the same experience, you’ll have a pretty good idea where you dropped it.5 stars for “easy to remove” is meant to indicate that taking the watch off my wrist is easy. Removing the watchband is also easy, but not “5 stars.”

No complaints!
I’ve had this watch band for almost a year and wear it almost 24 hours per day. It looks as good as the day I purchased it, with no scratches or defects. Very good, quality product. With the low cost, I thought I couldn’t go wrong if it only lasted a couple months of wear. This watch band has FAR exceeded my expectations!
