Entre este L888 modificado por Longines para Longines, y un Selita, prefiero este movimiento por lejos antes que un Aguaracer o un Aquis. La precisión es impresionante y el barrido de la aguja es sumamente delicioso.El tratamiento anti-reflejo por ambos lados es de alta calidad, mismo que en SMP300, en la mayorÃa de ángulos es como si no existiera cristal.Las largas asas al igual que las prominentes guardas de corona, le dan un aspecto robusto y masculino al reloj, es un reloj de buceo y como tal debe ser agresivo e utilitario. Lo curioso es que además es increÃblemente elegante y versátil, cual Submariner.A este precio es imbatible, el único down-side es la tapa del broche y los eslabones exageradamente pulidos. El reloj es de 41mm pero se percibe como de 44mm, por lo que el brillo de la pulsera no ayuda con tanto bling-bling.Lo bueno; es que le puse la correa de goma que tiene broche sólido con doble botón de seguridad, logo grabado en la tapa y es extremadamente cómoda.2 sugerencias:1.- Comprar este reloj con la pulsera de goma. No pierde su cualidad de elegante/deportivo, es más cómodo, de altÃsima calidad, y el reloj resalta mucho más.2.- Comprar la versión de 39mm. La versión de 41mm parece de 44mm, no veo razón por la que alguien comprarÃa la de 43mm. Aún en muñecas grandes el de 41mm se ve gigante, no me imagino como se verá la de 43, parecerÃa como de 46mm.Los números grandes, la corona, y las largas y rectas asas; hacen que las dimensiones del reloj aumenten mucho. Con la versión de 39mm es suficiente para muñecas medianas a grandes. Definitivamente si tienes muñeca pequeña; me olvidarÃa de este reloj e irÃa en su lugar por el Certina DS Action Diver 38mm.

LOVE THIS WATCH!
I’m not a newbie to mechanical Swiss watches, or Longines. I have the blue dial version of this model too. This is a superbly manufactured and appointed timepiece. Wears beautifully. Bezel and set/wind stem is smooth as butter, keeps stunningly accurate time. It screams quality! Longines is one of the oldest Swiss watch makers out there, and with a stellar reputation in the horology community. They also boast the world’s oldest continually registered trademark name brand. That says a lot about the quality you might expect. This is a keeper in my collection, forever.

The best for your dollar
Iâm highly impressed by this watch. The quality of construction, accuracy, and astheric appeal. Not to mention the technical specifications. Amazing value. Only downside is the bracelet, and especially the clasp – seems like I should get more there. Much eater design than the previous version of this watch.
