This is a very good smart watch!
I have owned a few brands of smart watch from cheap to expensive. All smart watches usually have their strengths and weaknesses. For instance I currently own the last generation Motowatch 100 which being a Motorola fan I felt the watch was on the right track but not there just yet. I feel the Motowatch 120 gets it right. The display is beautiful and reminds me of the Pixel watch and I like the larger size. The choice of watch faces is a nice and needed addition to Motowatch. The faces on the Motowatch 100 were bland to ugly and you only had 6. Believe me when I say this watch looks way better in person than the images I have seen online. I feel it gets the basics right in health tracking, light notifications, design, and weight. It hits those bases just right and does not distract me but I feel hits a good balance of wearable and fitness. The major plus for me is the battery life! It has lasted for a week now and still going strong. Granted I am moderately active so I don’t do fitness tracking all the time so usage may vary. But I have changed watch faces quite a bit and fiddled around the watch doing smart watch things and the battery holds up. I do like the workout detection feature, I have more expensive smart watches and the workout detection either over does it or under does it. This watch does a descent job in my opinion especially at the price.I feel this watch should be the foundation in which Motorola moves forward with their wearable business. Being and owner of the motowatch 360 (which I don’t wear anymore) and seeing Google abandon their OEM partners Motowatch OS has a lot of strengths to build off of. More popular Apple and Google watches are more integrated with their ecosystems but at the cost of too much stuff running in the background trying keep up with everything. Or a 3rd party app or watch face not “tuned” very well and killing off the battery. Taking a more measured approach and getting the basics of a smartwatch right first then making improvements and maybe let in 3rd parties later in my view is smart. Plus I like how Motowatch OS is familiar in how it functions but has its own signature with the home screen. The half screen recent apps and weather to me is a nice touch. It sets is apart from the competition. Is it worth a buy? For what you get for the price definitely. Is it an Apple watch or Pixel or Galaxy? Nope, but why should it be? Choice is good. Can you rock a Motorola Razr, Moto buds and a Motowatch 120 and not follow the crowd and be original and who cares what people think? Yep! So if you are on the fence about picking one up hop over and get one.

    I Love This Watch!
With the Moto Watch 120 you are not going to get all the bells and whistles of a Samsung or an Apple. But for a fraction of the price you get solid basic data (heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, sleep, stress levels) with more detailed data available by swiping through the phone faces and connecting the Moto Watch Lite app to Google Fit. You also get all the usual array of notifications and alarms, as well as lots of different watch face choices. The app is easy to use and synch with (although I did have to restart my phone for it to happen). The only snag is that it doesn’t synch with MyFitnessPal, so although you can synch that app to Google Fit, the activity you record on your Moto Watch won’t appear in MFP (so you will need to manually enter it). However, the attractive and durable housing for the watch, the comfortable wrist band (which is replaceable), the bright, easily legible display, and the phenomenal battery life (at least 7 days between charges), together with all the other features noted above, make this is a wonderful device I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who appreciates value for money.

Nice long battery lasting watch by Motorola
I like this watch. The battery lasts a long time and can be placed in an even longer lifetime by setting it into a black/white (shown in pictures). The display is nice and bright and crisp and allows a lot of configuration possibilities for the “main” display. The band is comfortable with two holding bands to keep the wrist strap from flapping around. What is good is that the strap has many close placed holes for the tongue so it fits snuggly without being over tight. The actual face is made of gorilla glass so I haven’t scratched it yet and I’ve had it for many weeks now. I definitely like this watch. One reason I picked it was due to Motorola’s repuation; in this case it seems to be warranted. I may have opted for different colors, but at the time this black on black was the only option available without waiting. It is light enough and slim enough to wear 24 hours. The price was right being quite less than the Fitbit variety. Also, it is chocked full of nifty features, too many to list, but the alarms, timers, well being, O2 monitoring, movement notification, step counter, pulse rate, sleep monitor, sync to iPhone (you really can have a phone call through this phone), breathing exercises, stress level monitoring, resting heart rate, weather display (from the iPhone app), and not lastly but really nifty in a watch… a flashlight mode where the entire face is lit up.

A nearly perfect smartwatch that’s cheaper than the competition.
This watch is an amazing value, it is a fraction of the Samsung offerings and yet has basically the same usability. The watch has a decent set of features, and the only one I found inaccurate is the sleeping one (it counts my time in bed awake before getting up as sleep). The default watch faces are bad, but there are a ton of free ones you can download on the official app that are way better. The battery life is impressive, I have only charged the watch once when I first got it, it is at 49% after 14 days (No AoD, twist to wake was turned off after 7 days). That’s incredible, and far better than the Samsung watches. People are complaining about the Google Fit sync, but that’s not the fault of the watch, my FitBit had the same issues with Google Fit. If you use Google Fit, the syncing is the least terrible of the brands i have tried (Moto, FitBit, Samsung) but YMMV. If you do not use Google Fit, the software on this watch is actually pretty good, it syncs quickly, has a good UI, and is pretty stable. I honestly would recommend this as a great health tracker even if you never use the watch features, as the competition is way worse imo.
