Check Current Time → Note the position of the minute hand (e.g., 10:09:34 as shown). Align the Bezel Marker → Rotate the bezel counterclockwise ONLY until the triangle marker at 12 o’clock points directly to the current minute hand. Example: At 10:09, align with the minute hand at the “9-minute” position. Safety Note: Unidirectional rotation (CCW) prevents accidental overestimation of remaining dive time.

As time passes, the minute hand moves away from the bezel’s marker. → Read elapsed time by checking where the minute hand points on the bezel’s 60-minute scale.

Example: Timing a 30-minute dive

Set: Align with minute hand at dive start (e.g., minute hand at “0”). End Alert: Your dive ends when the minute hand reaches the “30” mark on the bezel. → No mental calculation needed – just watch for alignment!

STEP 1: ROTATE COUNTERCLOCKWISE → Firmly grip the textured crown. → Rotate it counterclockwise (leftward) until you feel/hear a faint click. → Result: Crown springs out slightly to Position 1 (date/wind position).

STEP 2: PULL TO POSITION 2 → From Position 1, gently pull the crown outward one more notch. → Crown now reaches Position 2 (time-setting position).
