Good Quality for the price
I received the watch in a box with foam in the inside and covered in plastic wrapping, which pleased me as they were taking care it was not damaged in transit. From what I can see right now the watch looks great. It includes a bracelet size adjuster and manual for usage (not pictured). It stated the watch battery should last at least 3 years. My watch fit my wrist without discomfort and I am a big guy (230 lbs 6’0). It does not appear cheap at all, and to the average person they would probably think it was very expensive if they are not a watch enthusiast.

Small wrists will have to remove links
Great looking watch. Appears far more expensive than it is. Keeps good time, and I get complements. The watchband link removal tool works, but I had to bend the post straight several times with a needle nose pliers. The post is screwed into the thumbscrew and requires frequent tightening. Removing pins requires determining which end of the pin is smaller. Using the removal tool, in small increments, gradually coax the pin out to a point where you can pull it out by hand, or if stubborn, use the pliers. It occurs to me now that spraying with a little WD-40 might have made this work easier. To maintain symmetry at the fastener, I removed a balanced number of links on either side of the fastener. It was a trial and error process, but I finally got the right number of links out and the watchband was comfortable on my wrist. Make sure to install the pins in the correct orientation. There’s a larger hole on one side of the links. You install here, using the smaller end of the pin. I was rewarded for my efforts with a comfortable, great looking watch!

Doesn’t work
Received the watch opened it up it looks great but it doesn’t work the time changes when you move the watch I put it on with the time set to 1:00 and walk across the room and the time will read and hour different the second hand won’t move at all and if you shake the watch the time changes dramatically
