Something is Fishy
Something is wrong with this sale. First off, the owner couldn’t have owned this watch for 30 years as this model came out in 2008. Secondly it is listed as a “DeepSea” model which it is not. Something is fishy.

Just inquiring.
Ryan chan – how could you have this timepiece for 30 years, when the DeepSea model was only introduced back in 2008?? Were you referring to the original Seadweller (4,000 feet) model instead? Could it also be that this product description is misleading, stating that its the DeepSea model, when in fact the photograph only depicts the SeaDweller 4,000 feet model only. There is a HUGE difference between the original model and the new and improved DeepSea model at 16,000 feet waterproof certified ( with the 25% ISO safety margin certified by COMEX. Again, just wondering. Doesn’t make sense. Thank you! Best regards.

On a NATO Strap, it’s a winner
Didn’t purchase here (a wee bit overpriced), however, wore this daily on a 20mm NATO strap while deployed for an entire year. Banged around a bunch, and never missed a beat. A little thicker and taller than the regular Rolex Submariner Date, albeit, without the cyclops (which makes it special IMHO). On a NATO strap, watch goes completely under the radar, and I’ve received ton’s of compliments on its looks. If you’re on the fence between this and the Sub, go with the SeaDweller. You’ll likely never come across another one in the wild. Okay, maybe a few, but far less random than Sub spotting.

very good watch, I have done deep mixed gas dive with this watch and it works perfectly, had it for more than 30 years and had it serviced once.
