I really want to love it, BUT…. Holy updates, and crap battery life.
So, for a Samsung product, this watch being at least 2 years older at my time of purchase, it really has a ton of upgrades/updates that don’t apply all at once. Removing it from the packaging and putting it in the charger (turned off) takes about 2.5 hours for a full charge. This is very important, as what’s next is going to be aggravating and frustrating… It does sequential updates; not an all-in-one catch up (which for me were at least 6, and no end in sight…) Each update takes at least 30 minutes and eats up 15-30% of your battery while applying. Coincidentally, it won’t apply any updates if your battery is 30% or less left. I have had this watch about 12 hours now, and it’s been one update after another – leaving it on the charger too – and I anticipate there will be at least 2 or 3 more to go. (judging from the release dates of the updates). I’ll have to see how it goes after it is done to make a final review / decision as to whether or not it’s worth it.BUYER BEWARE!! You will NOT be able to use this watch out of the box or even close to that.

Didn’t work and dirty
Bought this for my husband for Christmas. I’ve had my Galaxy watch 4 for three years and it’s absolutely amazing, however this one is absolutely terrible. Straight out of the refurbished packaging it was clearly dirty on the buttons and the beveled edge, like caked on.I charged it to 100% and when it turned on it was already down to 92%. After connecting to the phone and finished the set up it went down to 75%. He tried to customize the watch the faces and it overheated 3 times! My husband didn’t use it because at this point we already knew it was garbage, and it eventually died not even 10 hours after turning it on. My galaxy watch 4 still lasts 2 days on a single charge.Very disappointed in the quality of this refurbished watch.

I was a bit hesitant about the condition of a refurbished watch. But am pleasantly surprised. It looks like new. No scratches or scuffs on the screen or body.

I have bought several different types of watches but this is the best. The functions on the galaxy 4 connect quickly and I don’t have to carry around my z fold 3 all the time. Only one draw back the battery does not last very long. Hopefully a update can fix it or I will upgrade the watch.L G
