This is my first time buying a refurbished anything so I was a little skeptical. My watch was in a box that said refurbished but the watch doesn’t have a mark on it. I was surprisingly pleased! The watch looks great and works perfectly. It looks like it’s brand new.

Very Pleasantly Surprised – Near Perfect “renewed” item
Battery is not amazing, but – after reading about the previous models, and being my first smartwatch, it seems clear that this is actually a huge improvement over prior models. Charging every other day is not so bad.** [2024-04-20 update – closer to every 2 to 3 days, a pleasant surprise] **It is occasionally a little flaky – there are times when the turn-of-wrist gesture goes totally unnoticed (the display is supposed to light up when you make the gesture to look at it) – but it usually works. When it doesn’t, a simple tap is all it takes. The watch was very easy to figure out and make full use of.** [2024-04-20 update – still occasionally fails to respond to turn-of-wrist, but – it makes up for it in just how well it _integrates_ with my smartphone.***** [2024-04-20 update: The watch and phone (Samsung S23 FE) are just _so_ tightly coupled – any messages, emails, alerts, weather, etc.. can be set to forward to the watch – notifications [per app] can be toggled to show on the watch or not.. and for all of these, the watch has a “show on phone” button, to basically say “I’ll deal with it on the phone”, as well as dismiss or snooze options. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. I’m very impressed by the way the two devices coordinate functionality. Dick Tracy has nothing on us in 2024. Very cool, lol. I find that the sleep analysis (which uses pulse fluctuations,, breathing, blood-oxygen level, skin-temp, etc..) for me, personally, is quite accurate. This probably varies from person to person, but it seems to be surprisingly accurate for me. ] *****I especially like how you can customize the watch face, as well as download (and usually purchase for a buck or two) from a literal plethora* of custom watch faces. I purchased an aftermarket “armour” band for the watch, which was a pain to get the watch in to on the first try. I decided that, for comfort, the stock watch band is superior after all. So – a VERY killer watch at a phenomenal price. Well satisfied.*** [2024-04-20 update – I _LOVE my “new” Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Period.] ***

Great refurb!
Like many others, I got the watch refurbished to save half off the sticker, which is still pricey for a last gen model. I figured since Amazon was fulfilling the order, it would be easier and safer to replace a defective one if I got unlucky (as I have been burned before and am very wary of renewed products).It’s been about a week and to be honest I was expecting glitches, but none have yet to be found! The refurbishing partner clearly knows what they’re doing in fixing up their tech. The original seller listed for my purchase was Chubbiestech.The only thing to be aware of is that there is clear evidence that this is an opened and refurbished product – adhesive remnants around the face edge and some scuff marks around the ring were the first things I noticed upon opening the package. That being said, these were very minor blemishes that I ended up covering anyway with a watch case. The screen itself is completely clear of any scratches or marks, and so far responds to touch very well.The operating system seems to respond at a fair speed. Not having owned a brand new version of this same watch, I can’t say much more than this. By general “feeling” of OS responsiveness, this watch could maybe be smoother as it sometimes hesitates or stutters between changing screens. However, it could very well be the limitation of Samsung’s OS itself and not anything to do with the refurbishment.Battery life has also been fair – the watch would last me about 72 hours as a moderate user (daily exercise, step count, HR monitor every 10 minutes, overnight for sleep tracking). Heavier use (music, phone calls) brings down the battery a lot faster as to be expected, but I see it lasting at minimum 24 hours without charge. Charging takes about 20 minutes to juice up ~30%, so I can expect a full charge in 1 hour as long as the watch isn’t dead. I did not receive a Samsung charger, but the unbranded one works just as well.Overall, super happy about this purchase, and even happier for getting it basically half off the market price for a brand new one!

Great value
I don’t often by refurb, but I simply wanted to test this watch. Turns out I’m keeping it, and at $140 it’s a steal. It was in flawless condition, with no scratches, nicks, or dings. Came in original packaging with original charger. Only reason it’s getting 4 stars is that it didn’t come with the original band. It came with a different brown watch band I didn’t want. But I was able to buy a cheap one that works just fine. Watch works great and has fantastic battery life. Again, a great steal for $140

I am not going to go into everything this watch does, there are a ton of vieos and reviews on this watch. This is my wife’s third Galaxy watch and it functions just as well as the othe two. Functions flawlessly.

Excellent battery life for a full-feature smartwatch
This is my first smartwatch, and I selected this in particular because it has a larger battery size than Samsung’s other Galaxy watches (GW5, GW6, GW7), and having to charge the watch every day was a big concern for me, as this is something that seems very annoying in my opinion.I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now, and I can say the battery lasts for about three days at full charge. To be honest, I don’t feel that I give it enough usage to justify the expenditure, but I do love that it has Google Pay functionality, which is great as I can now go on my workouts without my phone, which is a great perk when you leave in an unsafe city/country.Anyway, despite the battery concerns, I am very happy with this purchase, which is why I am giving it a 5 stars.

Al leer reseñas de este producto no sabÃa si tendrÃa varios rasguños o golpes y afortunadamente el mÃo solo tuvo uno al costado y un pequeño rayón en la parte de abajo (sensor) y de ahà en fuera todo perfecto, la correa no se si es original pero funciona muy bien, no se desabrocha nunca y el cargador genérico pero carga muy bien y rápido. Recomiendo mucho este producto, dirÃa que la estetica estaba de 9.8, la verdad resultó mejor de lo que esperaba. La baterÃa funciona perfectamente, me dura mÃnimo dos dÃas, máximo 3 dÃas enteros.

Llegó extremadamente rayado, tanto la pantalla como los bordes. IncreÃblemente sucio con mugre en todos lados. El cargador y cable no son los originales, son de pésima calidad y no cumple con las especificaciones adecuadas. Al intentar ponérmelo se soltó la correa. En general muy mala compra, para nada es un producto en buen estado, mucho menos en excelentes condiciones. No queda de otra que hacer el proceso de devolución.
